Ingredients

Chicken (I have thighs) 1 kg
Tomatoes (I have yellow) 4 things.
Pitted olives 100 g
Olive oil 6st. l.
Garlic 2 + 1 teeth
Dried basil 1h l.
Salt, ground black pepper taste
Starch 2st. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the chicken into pieces.
  • Remove the skin from the tomatoes and finely chop with the olives.
  • Switch on the "Fry" program. After the signal add oil, fry the coarsely chopped garlic (2 teeth). Put the garlic. Fry the chicken in the remaining oil.
  • Add tomatoes with olives, garlic (1 tooth), salt, pepper, basil, passed through a press, mix. Mode Meat pressure 0.7, 10 minutes. The pressure was relieved by force after the signal.
  • Then remove the meat, dilute the starch in a small amount of cold water, pour into a bowl. Fry mode Cook for 15 minutes with the lid open, stirring until thickened.
  • DELICIOUS!!!!!

There, first, chicken with tomatoes is cooked with the lid open until the sauce is evaporated, and then covered with a lid and stewed until tender.
