Cabbage rolls in Steba DD1 Eco

Ingredients

Minced meat 700 gr.
Cabbage 12 sheets
carrot 3 pcs
onion 2 heads
red bell pepper 1 PC
garlic 2 cloves
a tomato 2 pcs
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Disassemble the large cabbage into leaves. Soften the leaves - you can scald and boil a little in boiling water, or in a microwave.
  • Cut off the thick veins and wind the cabbage rolls. I put it aside, and at this time in a steel bowl on the "frying" program I fried the onion in half rings, add the carrots, cut into strips, add red pepper and garlic, fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Grate the tomato on a coarse grater and add at the end, simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Put on a plate.
  • Put cabbage rolls in layers in a bowl and lay out our fry on top.
  • We expose the program "meat" for 20 minutes, pressure 0.7. I still stood on the heating for 30 minutes.
  • Everyone, bon appetit!

How cute it is with frying, you must try.
And do not add water when extinguishing?

topped up the floor of the multi-glass, but did not decide that it was not necessary - under the pressure of the stuffed cabbage, a lot of liquid was released. If you pour it just a little!

Great, but I've always poured, now I'll try. Thank you!!

it seems to me that the frying that covers cabbage rolls plays not the last role here

I will definitely try with frying, although I try not to fry at all, but it turned out very nice, I want the same.

Oh, in Natasha's dolmer you will wind them up a lot!

How sunny and delicious! Thank you!

At least a little water still needs to be added. I decided to try it completely without her, and until the cabbage rolls did not have time to give juice, they had time to boil pretty much, or rather burned. But in the end there was enough juice. I think, just literally so that the bottom is 1 mm covered with water.

Vooky, Frying itself provides enough liquid. But if you like more gravy, then add some water!
