The yield of the sauce depends on the juice, what is the content of sugar and acid ... The more acidic the pomegranates, the lower the yield of the sauce.
In Lebanon, sour fruits are mainly used, and I prefer semi-sweet ones !!!
Using this type, I cooked pomegranate-grape sauce, which is also very good for salads and for chicken.
Pomegranate sauce is used in salads and meat.
Shashlik is served with garlic and olive oil.
