Chicken ham with hearts

Ingredients

chicken breasts 500 g
chicken hearts 200 g
paprika 1 tsp
garlic 4 cloves
Provencal herbs
gelatin 20 g
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • I offer a variant of homemade ham - not troublesome at all, but very tasty!
  • Grind one part of the chicken breast with a blender, and cut the other half of the breast together with chicken hearts finely.
  • Mix both parts of the minced meat, add salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, Provencal herbs and pour in the gelatin. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Put the cooked mass in a baking bag, fold it tightly, fix it, turn the ends.
  • Place in a rectangular shape and bake for 50 minutes in the oven at 180 * C.
  • Cool the finished ham, put the load on top and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Only I added 0% milk (I don’t know better or worse from this? But I liked the consistency with it more), I put everything in a bag and tamped it into a ham maker (I have the simplest Beloboka), cooked in Shtebe for 75 g 3 h 30 min. Chilled it and put it in a ham maker on the withers for the night. such beauty is ready for breakfast!
