Spread the dough in 3 tbsp. l. for about 1 waffle. In my 35 Stebe I bake for 10-12 minutes. Then I put it hot on the wire rack until it cools.
Of course, the waffles are not dietary at all, but once a week or two will do!

In Shtebe, I cooked cutlets on meat for 20 minutes on the second floor, and on the first - rice. I liked the taste from childhood.You just add a cucumber, salad or sauce, make from yogurt without additives plus dill. You need to choose from what you can. I also made diet cutlets from chicken breast, oatmeal in the oven. If necessary, I'll take a look tomorrow. Even the children ate them with pleasure.

Ingredients:
• 250 gr. minced chicken;
• 1 egg;
• 100 gr. crab sticks;
• 1 tbsp. l. (9 gr.) Oat bran;
• 2 tbsp. l. (30 ml.) Milk 0% fat;
• 1/2 medium onion;
• salt, spices to taste.
Preparation:
I took half the norm of food
Soak oat bran in milk for 10 minutes to swell
Cut the onion as small as possible.
Three crab sticks on a fine grater
We put all the ingredients in a bowl: minced chicken, onions, grated crab sticks, an egg, swollen bran, salt and spices (I took ground coriander and paprika).
Mix everything well. Minced meat for cutlets is ready!
We form cutlets of any shape and put on a baking sheet
Optionally, the cutlets can be lightly rolled in oat bran, but I just sprinkled them on top, this does not matter, rather for beauty.
Bake at 160 degrees using convection until golden brown for 20-25 minutes. If your oven is not equipped with such a function, then at a temperature of 180 degrees for about the same time. The main thing is not to dry it out - it's still chicken. A little browned, and get out of the oven!

My kids like it. Can be tasted without crab sticks.
