Instead of Provencal, you can take a dried mixture of dill with parsley and dried garlic. I did just that yesterday - it’s finally turned out! Salt 2 minutes before the end of the program. We check the potatoes: if they are hard, then fry the remaining minutes, covering them with a lid obliquely, and then leave them covered for another five minutes - it will work. Girls try it, it's delicious. I, of course, did not discover America, but suddenly someone else will come in handy ...
And, I almost forgot my favorite cooking option. First, I fry the chicken, completely, until cooked, take it out, cover it with a bowl so that it does not cool down, and in a saucepan, in this delicious chicken oil, I already fry potatoes, mmm!
It's terribly bad, but it tastes so good! Which means it's useful!
