I clean the Amway mild remedy. Helps. The first time I saw ... I was frightened ... everything was in spots.
Elena Tim
And I, too, once complained about these spots, but Gala reassured me that they were being washed. I just rubbed them with the hard side of the sponge, without any means - and they moved away. No longer appear.

And the ratio is 1: 2?
Mmm ... It's hard to say.)) I'm more likely to pour water by eye, and people have different tastes, but two glasses, IMHO, a little too much .. Taking into account the fact that the washed cereal itself has gained a lot of liquid, then less is added two, but more than one and a half. In the end, it probably will be so somewhere. If there is not enough water, then the upper grains may turn out to be harsh.

I will share my delight. Yesterday I brewed Maltagliati horns in Shteba. It's just some kind of thrill! Outside we had 31 yesterday, as I imagined that I would have a pot of pasta on the stove to soar, die, not get up! I read how the girls cooked, and I myself poured half a pack of horns into the AP-pan, mixed two with a little cartoon glasses of water and a teaspoon of vegetable oil. On the "Kasha" 8 minutes, the pressure was almost never relieved. Very soulful, even the fact that I forgot to salt them, the impression did not spoil.

And I also cooked pasta today in Shtebe (for the first time). I fried pork with onions, brought it on Meat until cooked (pressure 0.7, time 10 minutes) Then I added boiling water, poured a whole pack of Shebekino pasta (I don’t know what they call them - such straight plump ones with beveled edges), mixed it, brought the "Frying" to a boil, mixed again, closed the lid and turned on the "Porridge" 0.7 for 3 minutes. At the end, the temperature was 116 *. It turned out almost half a bucket of pasta and meat. I wonder how many of them are we going to eat?
marinastom
Ol, the plus is that I didn’t boil or fry anything. Afochka fried the cutlets for me on the balcony (so it’s not so hot), and then the macaros turned out to be the best and half a pack for three of us just came out.
Biryusa
Marina, I don’t have AF, I don’t have a balcony And nevertheless, it still turned out tasty, quickly and with a minimum of dishes: if I cooked on the stove, I would then have to wash the pan, frying pan, colander ... And so once or twice - and The supper is ready! Shtebochka steers

I saw it, but now I can't find Girls, tell me, how much liquid is needed for oatmeal? which croup ... Is the standard time on the Kasha mode enough for her?
marinastom
Found in my notes.
"... Whole oat porridge.
I take 1 mstk of dry oats, fill it with water, leave it overnight. In the morning I rinse it through a sieve, throw it into the bowl and add 1 mstk of water :-) I put the "porridge" for 20 minutes, pressure 0.7. For me, that's the thing, but someone might like the boiled ones more or something else :-) ... "
Ps. I cooked it once. Mine were not impressed ...

Hello everyone!
Girls, tell me please, I really want my mom to take a shtebik, but I don’t have enough money for a non-stick bowl (((is it worth taking a non-stick bowl without a bowl (maybe she will buy herself?) If she still has Panas? After reading the topics, I realized that You can't make baked goods in this bowl, but Panasonic will cope with this, she also makes milk in Panas ...what else cannot be cooked in a steel bowl? Can I do soup roast? Brown the meat for gravy? Do porridges burn on water? pilaf? roast? I am interested in fast modes, so that mines are hot in 20 ..
How quickly she cooks, I have a unit (smokehouse) that's a shustyak!
Thank you in advance!
gala10
Yaso4ka, I only use the non-stick bowl for baking and frying. And frying carrots for soup - in steel. I did pilaf in steel, everything is fine. Only you need to follow more closely than with non-stick.

Yaso4ka, both pressure cookers are nimble, there are both Unit and Shteba, about the same speed.
There are more possibilities in the Headquarters, setting the temperature and time gives creative freedom.
For the soup in Shteba, I also fry in a steel bowl, but I cannot leave, it will burn.
Yaso4ka
Galina, Marina, thanks for the answers. Yes, it would be better, of course, right away with a bowl ... well, while we play with steel))) I hope we'll get used to it!

Girls, I keep forgetting to share my experience that came back in the early 2000s. They gave me a Zepter vacuum cleaner, and there was only one roll of packages for it. This roll ended pretty quickly, but I didn't know where to buy. And then they told me how to get out of the situation. My husband bought a huge roll of thick film somewhere and we started experimenting. You seal it like a simple bag, put what needs to be vacuumized inside and put a strip of nonwoven fabric (agril, spandbond, etc.) between the two layers of the film and vacuum it. This is how I vacuumized a piece of cheese last week. I brought the vacuumator to the dacha, but forgot the packages, I had to get out: girl_wink: Maybe you will find this method useful sometime

Andreevna, well thought out! This is from the category of "craving for invention." Your advice, of course, will be useful not only to someone, but to all owners of vacuum sealers. Now, taking this method into account, there is no need to worry about the stock of special packages. Thank you!

I do almost everything in steel. For baking, I have an oven or airfryer. I think that if the need arises, you can always buy it. Well, or see, maybe the shares will be with a bowl as a gift, so that the kit is already there.
Masinen
Alexandra, this is a good way when you cannot buy packages.
But now you can buy 50 pieces of packages for 500 rubles. Large packages will cost 800-1000 rubles.
Any packages of any firm will fit your Zepter))

Girls, can’t you make sous-vide without a vacuum cleaner? I don't have it. And I really want to try it.
Antonovka
Mila1,
Lyudmil, Admin somewhere described a technology with latch packages. At first I did it
Masinen
Ludmila, can be wrapped in cling film.

And I grabbed a hundred of these rolls, it will be enough for me for a long time and they sell vacuum bags in our packaging.

Irish, well done! I like TTTT so far. Now I choose a vacuum unit Double seam, not double sucks in liquid ... does not suck Head around. How to choose and not miss. And also so that it is not big. But since there is a Shtebochka, then you definitely need to take a vacuum cleaner !!!

Girls, take the Stebian into the ranks. I bought a shtebik for my mother, but for now I'm figuring it out ...
Tell me, I decided to just drive off the steam with some water on the program with the valve closed, poured water, closed the lid, turned on steam for 5 minutes. So she began to squeak as soon as she gained pressure and all the time she was cooking, is this a glitch or should it be?

Oh, girls, I kind of ruined the bowl, cooked pasta in a steel bowl (I have one, the other one) on porridge mode for 5 minutes, there was more water than pasta for two fingers, at the end I even drained the water ... And at the bottom of the bowl black spots appeared and are not even washed off with soda and vinegar ((((what should I do?

Yaso4ka, try to boil water with acid.
It cannot be that they did not wash.

I haven't tried it with citric acid yet. I only boiled soda / vinegar .. The most interesting thing is that the pasta didn't stick, it feels like the coating has deteriorated ((I'll try it with acid!
