Water 1 liter
Salt 3 tbsp. l.
Vinegar essence 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 glass (200 gr)
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I want to share a recipe for sweet cucumbers. A long time ago, a neighbor shared it with me. The cucumbers are very tasty, crispy, sweet, on the table they are the first to leave the snacks.
  • The cooking process is very simple:
  • For 1 liter of water, you will need 3 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of vinegar essence (80% aqueous solution of acetic acid), 1 (one!) Glass of sugar (200 grams)
  • Sweet cucumbers
  • , 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 3 peeled garlic cloves in a 0.7L jar.
  • Sweet cucumbers
  • So, put 3 cloves of garlic on the bottom of the jar, lay the cucumbers.
  • Sweet cucumbers
  • We prepare the marinade, fill it for exactly 3 minutes, then drain, boil again and fill it again. That's it, the can can be rolled up. I close with regular lids.
  • Sweet cucumbers
  • I usually make this recipe when the cucumbers are already running out. They then look like overgrown. I put them in jars exactly cut, about 2 cm each. It turns out very tasty!

P.S. I counted vinegar to 9%, it turned out 266 ml of vinegar and bring to 1 liter with water. This is just in case, it may be useful to someone.

I suspect that the marinade for an almost 800 ml jar goes about 350 ml.
And the marinade should turn out to be about 1200 ml, so there should be enough for 3 jars of 700-800 ml.

I have 2 jars of 760 ml each filled with one liter, cucumbers in jars! Marinade even stayed.

What an interesting recipe. It got colder here, the cucumbers are going badly, they are starting to spoil a little. And here just the cut ones will go great. I will certainly try a couple of jars.

If you do not need 1 liter of water, but 1.3, then the easiest way is to do this.For 1 liter of water, we know the amount of vinegar, and for an additional 300ml we need a third of the vinegar that was in the liter. That is, almost 90ml, but if it is absolutely certain (since 300ml is not a third, but a little less than a liter), then 80ml (Well, I said that a small + - will not play a big role). Now we take our 266 ml + 80 ml and add enough water to get 1.3 liters needed, i.e. 954 ml. It seems to have painted everything.
