I didn't dare to do much, I tried just one liter jar. And two weeks ago I opened it and regretted that it was only one. The cucumbers turned out to be awesome: moderately crispy, moderately spicy. Daughter almost the entire bank itself capitalized. I will do more next year - definitely.

After 2 weeks we opened the first jar for a snack, the taste was already good.
All 15 cans did not survive with us until spring, all of them left for a snack during the winter. Painfully our family fell in love with them.

I made 2 jars for testing in September. The other day I opened one to try :)
The conclusion is this: I will do it, the taste is interesting. The only thing is to reduce the sugar, and accordingly, it will probably be necessary to correct the vinegar, since it is softened with sugar.
I also liked the author's recipe, I could have done so, but only my men said that they were very sweet. But they also need to eat :))
