The bread is baked, it is hot, it is cooling down on the wire rack. And the time is already one in the morning (today I was late because of the cleaning, I am waiting for guests). And how can I cool it down and so it doesn't dry out until morning? A towel can give him back dampness after cooling down, I can wait half an hour, but it will not completely cool down, take it to the balcony, where is the "coolness" now - 21 degrees? and the roof will not fall? And leave it on the wire rack until morning - suddenly it dries up in 7 hours?
What do you advise, who cools how, keeping it fresh when the time is already by midnight?

tigrotigr, Anyuta, I put hot bread in a paper bag from McDonald's, fasten it with a special clip, cover it with a towel and until morning the bread gradually cools down and does not dry. You can ask McD's employees for packages, they can always give a couple, the packages serve for a long time, do not break.

I wrapped it in a linen towel until the morning, before leaving for work I put it in a polyethylene bag, it didn't dry out, it looks good, the roof didn't fall off, it got a little softer, barely noticeable. My boys like milk, I made it with caraway seeds, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
By the way, how to sprinkle with sesame seeds so that it holds and does not crumble, you need to smear something before this? and at what point to smear?
