Ingredients

Welding:
milk 150 g
wheat flour c. from. 50 g
Dough:
welding all
dry fast-acting yeast 1 tsp
wheat flour c. from. 300 g
milk 130 g
powdered milk 15 g
salt 1 tsp
sugar 30 g
butter 40 g
Additionally:
milk 2 tbsp. l
sesame 3 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Welding:
  • Bring milk to a boil, remove from heat. Add flour and stir quickly to avoid lumps. Cool down.
  • Dough:
  • Add yeast, salt, sugar, milk and 250 grams of flour. Knead the dough for 3-4 minutes (until the flour is evenly moistened) and leave alone for 15 minutes.
  • Add softened butter and remaining flour. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough (try not to add flour anymore, only if the dough will smear on the bottom or sides of the bowl or bucket of the bread machine). Fermentation - 90 minutes at room temperature with one workout after 45 minutes.
  • Put the finished dough on a table covered with flour. Crumple and divide into three equal parts. Knead each of the parts with your hands into a cake, the edges of which are then brought to the center, forming a round dough piece. If the dough sticks to your hands too much, just grease them with a drop of vegetable oil.
  • Cover the form (I have 23x11 cm) with baking paper. Then it will be much more convenient to remove the finished bread from the mold by the edges of the paper, since it, the bread, turns out to be very soft.
  • Place the dough pieces in the mold. Proofing for 50-60 minutes under the film, at room temperature, until the volume increases by two or two and a half times.
  • Before planting in the oven, grease the top of the saikas with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake with steam in an oven preheated to 230C (convection 210C) degrees for 8 minutes, then drop the temperature to 200C (convection 180C) degrees and bring the cakes to readiness. The total baking time for me was 40 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the finished bread from the mold and cool on the wire rack.
