Two-layer pate

Ingredients

Chicken liver 500 g
Repch. onion 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Cheese 300 g
A tomato 1 PC.
Parsley several twigs
Garlic optional
Pitted olives 10 pieces.
Gelatin 6-7 sheet.
Rust oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Chop and fry the onion, add the liver cut into pieces, fry until tender, season with salt, pepper and mince the liver and onion. Finely grate the carrots, combine with the liver. I use raw carrots - the pate is eaten quickly enough, nothing has time to spoil. And more useful! Now finely grate the cheese, cut the tomatoes into cubes, the olives into rings, finely chop the greens and combine it all together, adding chopped garlic if desired. Soak the gelatin leaves in 150 ml of water, then dilute them in the same water, heating, but not bringing to a boil. Combine two thirds of the diluted gelatin with the cheese mass, and one third with the liver. Stir well. Lay, alternately leveling, the layers of liver and cheese in a mold and put in the refrigerator until completely solidified. Bon Appetit!
