Meat pate Delicacy

Ingredients

pork is not fat 700-800 g
chicken fillet 300 g
medium carrots 2 pcs
onion 2 pcs
chicken egg 1 PC
quail eggs 8-10 pcs
cream cheese (Buko, Philadelphia) 100 g
sherry or madeira 2 tbsp
olive oil 1 tbsp
mixture of five peppers (ground) 1 tsp
salt to taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into cubes and sauté over low heat for 3-5 minutes. Add sherry and let it evaporate.
  • 2. Boil quail eggs, cool and peel.
  • 3. Prepare minced meat from pork, chicken fillet and sautéed vegetables. Add cheese, raw chicken egg, salt and pepper to it. Stir until smooth.
  • 4. Grease the dish with vegetable oil and put half of the minced meat. Arrange the quail eggs and cover with the remaining minced meat. Put in preheated to 180 gr. oven and bake until tender.

This pate is prepared quickly and easily. The taste and appearance allows serving the most discerning guests. Highly recommend.
