Ingredients

frozen puff pastry 500 g
poppy 100 g
semolina 1 tbsp. l
milk 100 ml
sugar 60 g
sour cream 250 g
egg 2 pcs
vanilla sugar taste
flour for filling 2 g

Cooking method

  • Poppy dewdrop pie We pierce the dough over the entire surface and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 * C.
  • During this time, we manage to prepare both layers of the filling.
  • The first layer is poppy. Preparing very quickly!
  • Grind the poppy seeds in a coffee grinder and add semolina to it. Warm up the milk in a saucepan, add the poppy mixture to it, sugar - 3 tbsp. l. We warm up the mixture and remove from heat. Now let's prepare the second layer of filling.
  • Mix the eggs with the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar, beat and add 2 g flour and sour cream.

  • Cool the dough, lay out the filling one by one and return to the oven. We bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 * C.
