Ingredients

corn flour 70gr.
Wheat flour 200gr.
any ground nuts 100gr.
milk 50 ml.
kefir or sour cream 150 ml.
sugar 200gr.
olive oil 3st. lies.
vanilla. sah. 1pack
soda + vinegar 1h l.
eggs 2 pcs.
powdered sugar 3st. l.

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar + van. sah. + milk + kefir or sour cream (I have homemade yogurt) + olive oil + corn flour. + wheat flour. + nuts + soda extinguish with vinegar, mix everything. The dough is like thick sour cream. Pour into a mold and bake until tender. Sprinkle sah on top. powder.

Note

Sometimes you need a little more or less wheat flour, depending on the manufacturer, you should be guided by the "thick sour cream" test.
