Ingredients

Carrot 420-450 g
Almond 170 g
A mixture of white sugar and muscovado 130-175 g
Salt 1 pinch
Zest 1 lemon
Wheat flour 180 ml
Baking powder ½ Art. l.
Large chicken eggs 3 pcs.
Refined vegetable oil 100 g
Vanillin or vanilla sugar
Cognac / brandy / liqueur as flavoring (optional) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Peel the carrots and grate finely.
