Hello.
Tell me, is it possible to bake something like bread or a sweet roll with jam filling in HP? That would be similar to the usual bagels with jam. That is, without putting all this in the oven, but immediately in the HP (can you just stop the program before baking and load the jam inside or will it not bake?). How many on the forum did not look, I did not find such a recipe (specifically for HP), maybe I missed it.

You still have to unload.

I made a kind of roll.
1. Dough program (dough). I loaded everything and 1.5 hours before the end of the proofing.
2. She took it out, rolled it into a rectangle, lightly greased it with apple jam and wrapped it in a roll. The edges are pinched so that the jam does not flow out and does not burn.
3. I took out the kneading spatula from the bucket so as not to interfere, and put the roll in the bucket.
4. I left the roll to think about life for half an hour.))
5. Only baking program.
I set the time for 1 hour, everything was baked. Cut when it cooled down.

Total cooking time: 1.5 hours proofing + 10 minutes preparing the roll + 0.5 hours proving the roll + 1 hour baking. Only 3 hours 10 minutes.
Personal participation on the strength of 15 minutes, the rest is a matter of technique and waiting for a roll.

I have HP Philips.

mur_myauThank you, you can do that, although, of course, I wanted not to take it out)

And you can ask a few questions:
-If you unload, then you need to wash the bucket? If I understood correctly, then no, but it usually sticks to me strongly (when I make the dough in the mode) or is there some trick?
-After you wrap it in a roll, do you need to straighten and smooth it in the bucket itself in the shape of the bucket, or is it all the same?
- why did you put the roll to "think" for half an hour (after all, the layer has already passed)? Is this a trick or is it a recipe for it?
- Is that all for any test?

Questions, perhaps stupid, I'm not very good at baking.

I didn't wash or grease anything, I just scooped the dough onto the table with a silicone scraper without leaving any residue.
Everything is fine after baking. If you are not sure about the bucket in your HP, you can lightly grease it.

I didn't smooth anything. Immediately I made a long rectangle (width - the size of a bucket).
By the way. There is such a metal sleeve for the mixer below, if you press hard, then the roll will be with a hole, jam will begin to flow through it and burn during baking.

While rolling, the dough became denser. After forming the products, I always wait for the dough to rise a little and come to life. Otherwise, the roll will be dense and not airy.

And the questions are very substantive. Everything is made up of little things. Have a nice experience!

Thanks for reminding me, I'm baking a roll this weekend.

PS The top was not lubricated with anything, crust # 3 (dark). Baking settings 1 hour, but watch after 45-50 minutes. I don't know the specifics of your HP.

PPS The longer the dough rectangle, the more dough and jam turns. I am generally for aesthetics.

Just yesterday I was baking buns with jam in HP. After the first proofing, I divide the dough into pieces, like into pies, then I put everything in the HP, greasing each one with melted butter, then I also distribute it a bit for baking. The only thing that I bake for 30 minutes longer than a regular loaf
mur_myau
V-tina,
Good idea, I'll try.
And I just baked only mankibred (sweet and unsweetened) in pieces in oil and pogach.
V-tina
I like it so much, try it! And if you do not grease the buns, then when you cut, you get a bun with jam cells - very beautiful and tasty
mur_myau
V-tina,
Tina, a question about laying these same pies in a mold: along, across, lying, upright?
V-tina
I make round like buns, and then I lay out the first row around the perimeter of the bucket, the second with an offset a little and so on until everything is over .., I don't fill the bucket more than 2/3
mur_myau
V-tina,
So simple! Round.)) Thank you. I will try.

By the way, there was an idea to bake a kartz, but I regretted a bucket of my HP. The sweetness will still fry.

mur_myau, Thanks for the clarification, now it's clearer) About the sleeve, by the way, I didn't think it was two centimeters long, so how I will do I will try to spread it out so that it buries itself in the dough, and not in the jam.

V-tina, Yes, pies are also an option, very good, I will definitely try too, thanks))

2 mur_myau, I haven't looked here for a long time - thanks, for the link to the recipe, it is very well and clearly written)
mur_myau
anton_2011,
I also baked such bread in KP. It looks like a loaf, you can break off pieces like buns.
🔗 Pogacha.
🔗 Monkibred. I also made his version with cinnamon (dip the dough in butter and roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, then into a mold, as written in the recipe).
