Zucchini
Eggplant
Bell pepper
Cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Porvan herbs
Garlic
Salt

Cooking method

  • Soak wooden skewers in water
  • We cut vegetables into large cubes, I left the tomatoes whole
  • Cooking the marinade:
  • Mix crushed garlic, salt, lemon juice, torn herbs and olive oil to taste
  • We soak the vegetables in the marinade for an hour, then string them on skewers and fry them on a wire rack over coals.

In this cut, the zucchini was slightly harder than eggplant. I really liked it. You can cut them to different thicknesses, depending on the cooking time. Next time I will add champignons.
