Ingredients

Corn flour 130 gr.
Wheat flour 130 gr.
Milk 400 ml.
Egg 1 PC.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Sift both flours into a bowl, mix with sugar, baking powder and salt
  • Corn pancakes

  • Combine both mixtures (I added a little vegetable oil to the dough)

  • I tried to fry in a pancake maker, it didn't work out well, because the dough instantly grasps

Note

Be sure to grease the frying pan before each pancake, because it sticks to the dough, and then the pancakes do not turn over well.
