Cranberry kissel with dried apricots (multi-blender Profi Cook PC-MSM1024)

Ingredients

Frozen cranberries 150 g
Boiling water 250 g
Water 500 g + 1 \ 4st.
Starch 20 g
Dried apricots 100 g
Sugar taste

Cooking method

  • Pour boiling water over the cranberries (250 g), knead with a spoon, strain through a fine sieve or cloth. Leave the juice.
  • Put the cake in a jug. Pour in water (500 g), bring to a boil at 100C, turn off, strain.
  • Return the broth to the jug, put dried apricots there. Dilute starch in 1/4 tbsp. water, pour into a jug, beat at 3 speeds. Turn on heating at 80C for 15-25 minutes.
  • Add the delayed juice to the jug, beat the sugar to taste again for 3 minutes at 4 speeds.
  • Very tender and tasty !!!
