Multicooker Philips HD3060 / 03 Avance Collection

HONEY cake from the book * JOY of COOKING * by Irma Rombauer.
1 cup = 240ml.
How to cook.
Stir in a small saucepan and heat until hot.
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup of coffee,
Vanilla sugar, or essences to taste.
2 tbsp. l. odorless vegetable oil.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Mix in a large bowl
1 + 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
2/3 tsp ground cinnamon
A pinch of ground dry ginger
1/4 cup washed raisins
1/4 cup chopped nuts

In another bowl, beat on high speed for 5-7 minutes, until the mixture lightens and soft peaks appear.
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar

When the egg with sugar has broken as it should, add the honey-coffee mixture, continuing to beat, then flour.
Mix the dough well with a mixer.
Grease the multicooker bowl with butter
Transfer the dough into it.
Close, select KEKS mode
Temperature 100 ℃,
Time 1 hour 25 minutes
Cook until toothpick dry.
Let stand for 15 minutes in the turned off multicooker with the lid open, then cool on the wire rack.
I liked the finished cake better after I put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

What attracted me in the book was that this cupcake is advised to bake in a greased GLASS dish, at 300 ℉, which is a very low temperature, about 148 ℃.
Therefore, I chose only 100 ℃ when baking.
