I'm already in the bowl, sprinkled some raisins on top, so some of the raisins sank to the very bottom
That is, if you make a charlotte, then spread the apples only on top, they will have time to settle.
Such a biscuit can be cut into 3 cakes, layered with cream and make a cake.

I also thought that this might be the basis for the cake.

Ira, it's okay, I'm going to bake a biscuit at 110 ℃, I liked it.
Not stuck, not dry, not wet, splendid, I was worried in vain
I also looked through the book of Anna Kitaeva, I was sure that there is, but there is also no information about the temperature of baking in Panasonic.

if without cocoa, then perhaps you need to add the same amount of flour or starch?
brendabaker
sveta-Lana,
No, there is no cocoa in the main recipe, Ira and I added cocoa after her as desired.
sveta-Lana
So the dough will turn out a little thinner, but with cocoa it will be thicker?
brendabaker
sveta-Lana,
Light, I did not notice any difference, because the flour is mixed with egg-sugar stable foam and the dough is just in consistency, like this foam, there is more with a spoon, less with a spoon, because we mix everything not for a long time and not until smooth, but only so that there are no islands of dry flour.
sveta-Lana
Oksana, understandably

Today I cook soup in Filka on the Porridge mode, periodically (3 times) I add something and at the same time I catch streams of condensate from the inner lid. I immediately put a napkin under the lid (in the groove) and, of course, the water does not drain under the bowl. The napkin is all wet and I change it. Is there no other way? Maybe someone has a better way? I'm even tired of catching him ...
Wildebeest
Lagri, Masha, don't open the lid abruptly. Open slightly, then most of the condensation will return to the bowl, and only a small portion will be accepted by napkins.

also, lightly hold the lid with my hand, lightly knock on the slightly open lid and all the water flows into the bowl

I have the same
Redik 12 does not have so much condensation, but I forgive Filke this shortcoming for his excellent pastries
Lagri
Wildebeest, selenа,sveta-Lana, girls, thanks for responding. In principle, I also open slowly, waiting for everything to drain into the bowl. If, of course, you open it only once, at the end of cooking it will still work. But today I had to open the lid several times, well, I was really worn out to catch streams and used napkins about 5 pieces. Well that's how many napkins you just need to cook the soup, and not only ... The soup (pea) was cooked perfectly: relatively quickly and tasty.

At Redik 12, everything flows into the condensate receiver, so it seems that there is not enough of it there.
brendabaker
Lagri,
Mary, look at Manna on the video, how she carefully opens the lid and holds it for a while, then opens it entirely.
I also do this now, almost all of the condensation flows back into the bowl.
I noticed that the porridge mode forms the most condensation.
After the end of the mode, it is still less than if opened during operation.
Lagri
Oksana, thanks for the advice. I also try to carefully open the lid during the regime, all the same, I still can't do without a napkin. Okay, I'll get used to it.

Only I didn't have sweet pepper and I added an apple. Also very tasty with an apple.
P.S. In general, I cooked like this:
* I took pork meat with lard 300 g, cut the bacon and cut it into pieces, put it in a slow cooker to melt the fat, turned on the Cupcake mode for 30 minutes.
* Then she removed the frying and put the meat in pieces, fried.
* I added a little carrot, finely chopped and half an onion and 1 tomato, medium in size, cut into 4 parts (removed the peel before pouring water, easily removed).
*All this was preparing for 30 minutes.
* Turned off the mode to cool down the bowl a little.
* In a bowl put 1 medium potato, cut into 4 parts, carrot, coarsely, chopped.
* She poured hot water into the bowl, somewhere a little more than half of the bowl.
* Sprinkled with spices (coriander, cumin, basil and dill)
* Turned on the Porridge mode 40 min.
* 10 minutes before the end of the regime, I added an apple, cut into 4 parts (with a peel, but cut out the heart and tails)
* After the end of the regime, sprinkled with finely chopped green onions on top

Hello!
I decided to buy this multicooker, I really liked its look, price and compactness. But I have a few questions. Can you help me with them?
1) Where to buy additional bowls? I looked everywhere where possible, but did not find bowls on the free sale for this multicooker.
2) Is it possible to steam if you buy or choose a container for such a bowl? Nobody tried to do this?
3) How to solve the condensation problem? Will it just drip on the table and that's it?

Possible, but not provided by the manufacturer

It will collect in the recess provided for condensation, and partly fall into the bowl.

It will collect in the recess provided for the condensate, and partially fall into the bowl.
Could you give a link?

In what sense is it not provided? Will it harm the multicooker?

How to understand the deepening? And how does condensate come out from there then?
Brown-eyed
condensation on the rim around the bowl remains when we open the lid there with a trickle and drips, and from there we wipe it off with a napkin

This topic has already been discussed.Unfortunately, I will not prompt the page.
brendabaker
Glufo,
This multicooker has NO STEAM program and no steamer.
If it is important for you to steam, then look at another model, and if you do something from time to time, then you can adapt.
In the video * beetroot * Manna steamed beets with silicone cake tins.
But you shouldn't do it regularly.
This multicooker does NOT have a condensate collection compartment.
Therefore, the condensation, sometimes flowing into the bowl, and along the wall and on the heating element, will require you to have some dexterity and absorbent napkins.

Wildebeest
brendabaker, Oksana, when heated, the alcohol evaporates, but the taste remains. So take the sherry and boil it.
I sometimes stew meat with wine.
brendabaker
Wildebeest,
I took AMONTILLADO from Pedro Jimenez, such a dry forest that I did not know how many glasses of water I should drink afterwards. I soaked fruits and nuts, didn't cook, I didn't like it, although the sherry was not the driest, not fino.
Now I did it just like that, with protein cream.

I also add red wine to the liver with vegetables for the pate and evaporate the alcohol over high heat for at least 20 minutes, but I decided to leave the cake with fruit filling non-alcoholic
