Helps to attach the remains of cottage cheese and yogurt. I also baked in a pizza maker, but more often I do it in the oven for one and a half servings. For the oven, I shape a rectangle on a baking sheet with a Teflon rug, chop with a wavy knife first into strips - I move them apart along the baking sheet, then chop into squares. I initially doubled the amount of sugar, and I have done so since then. And it's not at all cloying at all! And sprinkle on top without fail! To me, the taste of these tips reminds me of my childhood biscuits, only in a softer and fluffier version!

The bottom turns out to be a little too brown, so you can set it for 13 minutes. But you can 15 for the first time, and then adjust it next time.
