Hello ! Take me into your ranks, I am thinking about choosing a stove. And I got confused as always, of course, on such details: I want the function of butter and yogurt,

do you want to make butter and yoghurt in a BREADMaker? However...

pina!, we have a topic for these stoves - it is with the function of oil and yogurt, you can read and ask

HERE

and welcome to the forum
pina
Well, I read it .... I got even more confused, I don’t know what to do. We don't need these functions. I understood the main thing, there is no perfect stove, but now my priority is to make dumplings and dough on an egg for noodles. and in the process of viewing the forum I did not quite understand - everywhere they write that it is necessary to follow the bun when kneading the dough, because the recipes are not ideal, etc., but they buy a bread maker so as not to bother and not stand in front of it constantly, threw food there and that's it? I just have three children, and she has no time to stand all the time, and I want to take HP to relieve myself. Or have I misunderstood something?
Moskvichk @
Do not bother you like that !.
At first I baked according to Panasonic recipes from his book - everything is fine! Later, when I began to experiment with other different breads (rye and rye-wheat, etc.), then I began to crawl under the lid more often.
Once the bread according to the recipe from the book did not work out - I baked it from expensive flour, so I changed the flour and everything is ok!

As for the kolobok, you just need to check it a couple of times, because everyone has different flours in terms of quality and moisture capacity. This is in order to adjust the recipe for your HP and flour, and then, you will just fill in all the ingredients and everything, she will already do the rest. As for what HP, I like Panas 2500, there is a function "The program for kneading cool unleavened dough (DUMPLINGS) is suitable for homemade noodles, dumplings, brushwood and much more", but this is my IMHO.
pina
So I myself have made a list of as many as 10 brands, now I will somehow be determined

The most ideal mz of all is Panasonic, but it's worth it ...

The first thing I read on this forum was something like: Do not get fooled by the zombie of Panasonic owners !!!
But I was led:) And I do not regret it !! Panasonic-FOREVA !!

Are the blades iron or plastic in Panasonic? or is it not that important? For example, if you need to knead the dough from 2 eggs and flour - will it stir?

Metallic.
It will hurt for dumplings and pasta.
Moskvichk @
The scapula is iron. kneads well)))
pina
And if you are a Panasonic, what model would you recommend? Probably something more modern?
Moskvichk @
Model - how much money is enough. ;) I had enough for 256, it suits me. I bake rye without additional shoulder blades. and I manage without a dispenser. And these were 2-3 thousand extra.

Are there stoves with plastic blades? I have not met such.

It seems to me that it is not a matter of modernity, but what you specifically need. Here I have 257 with a dispenser and with baking rye bread, I already wrote that I have never used the dispenser, and the rye does not have time to distance itself in the amount of time that is set in the program. Therefore, I bought a new oven without a dispenser and without rye bread, although I could have bought a more expensive one for the money.

I was in the store now, looking. There are no Panasonic at all, they are:
Kenwood 450 for 9 thousand,
LV 205.207 - 5 thousand,
Moulinex 200033.502430 - from 4 to 8 thousand,
Electrolux EBM 8000 - 6 thousand, as it is written about her, everything is very good with them !!,
and a lot of Rollsen (the "coolest" of them 1480 for 4 thousand)

That's the whole choice. Of course, you can still arrange a hike throughout the city, but I think that it will be the same there.
What can you say about these models? Are there such owners here?
Moskvichk @
You see !!! Panasonic deficit !! Can be bought from the online store - you don't have to run around the city !!

Moskvichk @ There are no Panasonic products, not because they are in short supply, but because demand for them, due to the appearance of a huge number of competitors, has fallen, and stores are ordering them in smaller quantities. See how many old-timers of the forum bake great bread in inexpensive ovens. Just by inertia, being, like the cartoon Panas, the first stove, he is still respected by some as their first love.

TRAUT At the moment we have the leaders of Panasa 2501 and various Binatons on HP, we deliver several of them every day. Panasy 2500 are sold a little worse, they are taken one or two daily.

The technique is super, this becomes especially noticeable when you are faced with repairs (although this happens quite rarely). Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, even the service engineers thought a trifle but nice
dopleta
I am silent, silent. And then right now, giggling friends will catch up - we know who. I can repeat once again what I have written many times - it all depends on the baker and the recipe! I can buy Panasonic as much as my heart desires, but, regularly "treating myself" to bread from it at my neighbor's - I don't want to!

is that with 2 buckets of gallery? ah ... well, watt. pina, go to the topic, read. Maybe it will suit you.
pina
In appearance, of course, rollersens are nothing, especially this 1480, but I'm afraid for the quality .... The most important thing is reliability. If I had been the owner of any stove before, I would already know where to dance from and what to pay attention to. but now what I can - in the store I will open the lid, I will only look at the quality of the pan. Well, of course I'll also pay attention to the power. I'm also thinking, do I need 2 buckets or not? Although these two buckets are not always included.
For some reason, I'm afraid to order in the online store, maybe it's our "provincial fears" ... It seems to me that the store is safer, at least in terms of warranty repairs. And then pay the money for the shipment ...
I seem to like this Kenwood 450, but damn it, the price is also not weak ...
I have already read almost all the reviews here about the stoves, some are happy, some are not. Well, anyway, I still have a week to think!
Alim
pina , two buckets in a set are good already because if one goes bad, the second will remain. And it's even better when there is one large and two small ones - I just don't remember the model
DenRassk
Don't ... well, you decide what you need - a large loaf and a large bucket with two stirrers or a normal loaf and one bucket.
Here, mine can bake rolls up to a kilogram, but the main one is half a kilo. And why bake a kilogram and eat it for five or six days, if you can bake a half-kilogram every other day and always have it fresh?

DenRassk, here's your answer, why a kilogram oven. In a large bucket - bread, in a small bucket - dough for noodles, because in a large one you cannot knead the dough on 2 eggs, it will smear on the walls
tatulja12
Pina, buy any bread maker, they all bake bread. Writes correctly DenRassk , decide what size of bread you need. I had a Panasonic stove, served faithfully for 2 g for 3 months, then started to smoke. I believe that she has developed her resource, soot is given to her! When choosing a new one, I was guided only by size (so that it would knead at least 600 g of flour) and a prerequisite for the program was the dough. All! I bought Moulinex for four and a half thousand and never regretted it. Yes, it has more power than Panas, noticeably. You can pay attention to the power. Good luck with your choice!

I also have three children (5, 16 and 18 years old). At first, the bread was swept away warm and baked every day. Now everything has calmed down and rolls of 500-750 grams are enough for 2-3 days.
What am I for? And besides, it seems to me that it's worth chasing a large 2-blade HP only if you really need a large roll of 1 kg and more every day, and for a family of 5 people there is enough of an ordinary one - with one stirrer ... Yes, and their choice is very much than two-mixer.
And so - look, choose, look for topics about those HP that you have on sale and ask them.

I will add ... 2 more mixer is indispensable as a kneader. Let's say you knead and stew in it, and bake it in the oven. And, of course, when not one loaf of 500 grams, but you need to turn around

shl. it is also convenient to bake challahs and rolls with filling in a 2-mixer. Especially in summer. She is long enough. And it's good to buy at all cheaper, so that you can drive like that.

and I have the simplest mule 2000. I use it for a year without any complaints. bakes everything, made baking in it, and Ukrainian, and Borodino, and rye everything is super. I've tried all my own recipes, with instructions + recipes from the forums.the main thing is not to break the sequence of the bookmark. As for me, one ventel is a plus (one hole in the finished bread) of the first 1kg of finished bread. enough for a day, now I ate and bake every 3-4 days.

The power in the bread maker is not an indicator The indicated maximum power is the power during baking, not kneading.

Ps. The dough can be kneaded in any bread maker, even without the * dough * program

Help me decide. They asked me to pick up a bread machine for 2 grannies with the following requirements in a day or two:
small-sized (any budget), baked goods, but most importantly - for frequent kneading of dough for pies, sometimes for dumplings.

Rollsen, Binaton, Ariet and something like that. Small for 0.5 kilos of dough. But keep in mind that the pies will have the same amount of dough.

Leska, is it small, so that only a small loaf is obtained? But then there will be very little dough for pies .... Here is the HP Ariete Pane Express Metal 125 bread maker, only for a 350-500 gram loaf ... like Lisa has Panevg1943 like this and she praised her ... more Binatone BM bread maker 1008 - a loaf of 450g ... that's just unlikely they make dumplings dough ... Sorry if it turned out to be uninformative, but the requirements are obscure .. which is preferable - the size of the oven and the loaf itself, or the dough possibilities ...
