For some reason, Moulinex is not recommended much (and in our city it is the main manufacturer, in all stores there are only Moulinex in variations), the counters are also full of Kenwoods and Philips. Still, even if I buy through the Internet, I like to "see with my own eyes." Can you recommend any of these manufacturers (and forgive me for being capricious)?
PS I read the forum and left the impression that "I fell asleep with ingredients in the evening, took bread in the morning" not a single HP model is capable, with all of them some problems

You do not buy HP for one day, and you must proceed from the reliability of this product.
For some reason, Moulinex is not recommended much
I read that many of those who bought Mulinex are unhappy, they have to change, because they break, and if the choice is to change to a new one, then, as a rule, they take another HP. but not Moulinex. The size (weight) of a loaf is written in the characteristics of HP and it is from 450 g to 1 kg.
I read the forum and left the impression that "I fell asleep with ingredients in the evening, took bread in the morning" not a single HP model is capable, with all of them there are some problems
... the impression is deceiving. In the evening, they fell asleep with the ingredients, set a delay (up to a maximum of 13 hours) and you can safely go to bed, and in the morning fresh and still warm bread. You can start using the recipes from the instructions. But it is better if you bake bread at least a couple of times, being able to follow the bun, if you need to add water, or add flour and write everything down accurately. And if the bread suits you, then in the future, you can safely use your adjusted recipe for kneading and baking at night. Well, taking out the spatula is completely unnecessary.

Then take a closer look at the Kenwoods. If you choose from these manufacturers, the owners of the Kenwoods speak very well of their stoves, and they say they are more reliable, while others will still be more capricious. The choice, of course, is up to you.

Girls! I really need help! Tell me the models of bread makers with "gluten-free" programs, an inexpensive one, because the family has three children and one of them suffers from such a sore. And if anyone knows where you can order ready-made bread mixes for cheaper? Panasonic, like mine, is very dear to them.
Rina
Catwoman, first use the search on the e-catalog.
Here is the search form.
🔗

I put the price down to $ 120, and 17 models came out with the declared gluten-free program.

🔗

from what is there, I would have watched the supra, mystery (it looks very much like our Orion, and I was just going to buy such an Orion as a budget stove) and Kenwood-230. Well, also Erisson, there is a "rye" program
home_baker
Catwoman, Here is an inexpensive bread maker - Mystery 1202.
From the instructions for this HP:

Program 8. Gluten-free bread
Gluten-free bread should be baked exclusively from semi-finished gluten-free dough and is intended for people who are intolerant to the gluten (abdominal diseases) present in many grains (wheat, barley, rye, oats, etc.). If the diet requires a strict gluten-free condition, make sure the yeast used is also gluten-free. The consistency of the gluten-free flour does not allow for optimal mixing. Therefore, while mixing, remove the dough from the edges of the mold with a flexible plastic spatula.
Rina
Catwoman, so this is the one that looks like Orion on that site, and in the search that I gave, it is highlighted among these 17. Price 54-77 USD. Well, how much it will cost in your region is the next question.

Rina, home_baker , thanks, I have already looked, the price is up to 2000 rubles, quite real, maybe tell me where else you can order gluten-free mixtures so that they are not very expensive. Sorry to bother with my questions, but I really want to help this family and baby (3 years old). She constantly asks for bread, but she categorically cannot.
Rina
Catwoman, do not stick, but collect information. By myself I know how it happens - you need something, but where to stick your head around and just find information, where to start?

Take a look at our trading houses, for example, "Home Bread"they have mixes and dispatch all over Russia

then, in Google search for "gluten-free bread mixes", at least a few options should be displayed (I even saw a mention of joint purchases).

P.S. I do not recommend another TD, they have too many complaints about products and attitude towards customers.

1.bread, white, necessarily rye, with sprouted wheat grains and various additions (cheese, onions, seeds, etc.)
2.the possibility of baking muffins, Easter cakes, sweet buns (for example, muffins)
3.the possibility of making dough for pies, dumplings and pizza
4.to fall asleep everything, go to bed, and in the morning fresh bread

Good day!
I ask experienced bakers for advice

"got sick" with a bread maker and now I choose
I don’t want a very cheap one - I want both reliability and convenience in work - I pawned everything thoughtfully - I got bread.

from the functional, nothing special seems to be needed:

I plan to often knead dough, including trying biscuit and shortbread - although it seems like it's better to knead with a mixer, right?
I also want to bake in the oven something like dryers and breadsticks for children ...
I will bake bread and wheat and wheat-rye, pure rye - maybe, but not in priority. I don’t want to bother too much with the recipe and the process, but maybe it’s for now. dispenser

I understand correctly that bread cannot be baked without yeast (sourdough) at all, does this not happen? and if it happens, then with soda and it's a cake?

while I choose from Panasonic and LV ...
in Panasonic, I am confused by the need to buy scales - I don’t want to measure it like that, but I seem to have read somewhere that you can buy a measuring glass and I’ll be happy
the bread maker will still stand on the windowsill, and with the equalization of temperatures in the cold for Panasonic, it may somehow not be kneading like this (I read it somewhere here) and the bread will be wrong. This is true?

in Lzh, the model HB-1001 and 2002 - with a yoghurt maker somehow looked itself. I understand that yogurt is a yogurt maker, but if a bread maker does not make it to the detriment of its main functions, then this is an additional plus.

in general, what do you recommend?
sazalexter
j_seagull just the opposite is true because of the alignment of T * Panasonic works well at low T * the penalty is in a poorly heated kitchen in winter + 8-12 * C
Lisa77
Girls, what about HP Kenwood 350 and Panas 254? your feedback?
Rina
The 254th Panas is practically no longer on sale. It was replaced by the 2500 model. Panas has been and remains one of the most problem-free options.
j_seagull
but about Lzh, what do you say, which model is better? 2002 - good? someone used it for a long time?
j_seagull
oh, that is 2001 of course!

and another question, albeit a little off topic, to those who bake a lot and often:
they say fresh baked goods are bad for digestion. did not notice any problems with this - is there heartburn or something? otherwise I want to pamper my own pastries, but I'm such a champion of healthy eating ...

I have LG HB-3001, I have been using it for a year, very satisfied. And the yogurt turns out to be wonderful with Italian sourdoughs.

Can you please tell me which bread maker is worth buying? I want to give my mother a gift for NG, I have already broken my whole head (A prerequisite is two knives for kneading dough)) And more I don’t know what to choose) Well, and, preferably, up to 4-5 thousand.

putting two in both windows in the "number of mixers" options, and limiting the price to $ 160 (like this equivalent?), we get as many as 10 options (tefal is declared, but does not appear on sale).
In general, their functions are similar, except that the presence of the "baking" ("sweet bread") program is a good advantage (they need a baking temperature lower than for a simple bread dough).

If mom's eyesight is not the best (as, alas, many older people do), then you need to pay attention to the size and readability of the display.

vskidku, I would ask Erisson, there is even a "rye" program there

The quality of bread does not depend on the price of the stove, but on two main things:
1. The quality of flour - (moisture, gluten, etc.)
2. Recipe - (ratio of flour and liquid).

And the control of the kolobok is necessary! Anyway, when you use a new recipe for the first time. How is it without control here? Often it works the first time. And it happens that you have to adapt someone else's recipe to your stove from the second or third time. Then you will bake with practically no control of the bun.
Rina
let me have my 5 kopecks too. insert. Since the Panasonic is now on a somewhat forced vacation, I use the German multi-cook Yunold (we have an analogue of Binaton). So, I control the bun, and I use all the gadgets (after all, I learned something in three and a half years), but the bread in Yunold does not work the same as in Panasonic ... a bit different crumb (I connect this is with a different kneading quality, in a yunold it is worse) and a crust (for some reason in a yunold the dough dries out from above when it is defrosted, and on a dough, if I make bread on a long dough, a very specific dry crust is formed in general). So, the equipment in bakery sometimes very, very "plays the piano".

Nata, if the recipe is verified empirically, then I don't follow, but if it's new, then in Panasonic you need to follow. Most have verified and favorite recipes and they bake them, but when a new one is taken, then at least in Panasonic, at least in any other oven, you need to track the bun.

unold cost 95-130 euros. On the German market, this technique is cheaper than Panasonic (on the Amazon model 2501 - 180 euros, 2502 - 200 euros)

Whether in Panasonic or not, I follow the kolobok if, as Koshatnitsa already wrote, the recipe is not verified or I changed the flour (for example, for 500 mg of flour from different manufacturers I have from 290 to 350 g of water, the difference is very noticeable). But Panasonic easily forgives a small imbalance - for a long time I baked bread from a fairly dense bread dough, then I had to bake it from such a dough that the bun was about to blur a little bit.
Rina
with all this, I am ready to believe and believe that simple stoves can bake no worse than my beloved item. Maybe it was not very lucky for me with the young man. And what would have happened to the same Orion, which I was staring at (the need to live in another city was assumed) I do not know.

, Hello! I really wanted to buy myself a bread maker. I studied a bunch of sites, but I still can't decide. Tell me which brands bake multi-grain bread, which I love very much. I cannot find this function in the characteristics of bread makers. I would be very grateful for your advice.
Rina
Natusik_NN, and what kind of strange features can there be in baking multi-grain bread? Extended proofer? Extended kneading? Or something else very different from the conventional wheat technology? I think ANY bread maker will bake multi-grain bread on the main program. Perhaps you need to pay attention to the "whole grain" program.

Here master class (click here) Admin on a multi-grain wheat bun. It mentions the "basic" and "whole grain" program.
Here is the section "Bread MIX from yeast dough"where there are many recipes. Read, in most cases it is indicated on which program the bread was prepared.

Hello, dear forum users!

The question is, oddly enough, I have a stove of choice. The situation is as follows. Mom has an anniversary - I decided to give her a bakery.

No special bells and whistles are needed, the main thing is that it is small in size, preferably non-metallic in color. Too many programs are also not needed, the main thing is that the white bread is deliciously baked.

The budget doesn't matter.

The choice is very difficult. Recently I went to the Eldorado store - I liked 3 stoves there:

  • Kenwood BM250 - for its design, small compact size, convenient (in my opinion) buttons
  • LG HB-2051BCJ - again, for its design, not too compact, but still acceptable, the controls are also quite clear
  • Panasonic SD-2500 WTS - sellers praised it, they say take it, take it, the best, the good. But it is too big in size. There will be nowhere to put

There was also a PHILIPS HD9020 / 40, small, but they didn't tell me anything about it.

So I decided to find help on the internet. Bumped into your forum. Hope you can help. Can you suggest some other options?

I really want the stove to work well, did not break, did not bring any problems. Still a gift ...

Thank you in advance!

Well, you asked for help!
All bread makers bake white bread with varying degrees of convenience.
Panasonic stands alone in the general group, and its dimensions are clearly not large. There are, of course, smaller stoves.
The stove has been produced for more than ten years, changing mainly only externally. Super reliable and practically problem-free stove.
This is a word about the gift.
Read reviews and baking problems in your chosen ovens, in the appropriate sections of the forum, perhaps this will help with the choice.

Good day.
Please tell me the stove up to 4 thousand rubles.
I looked at one equipment store, where I had to buy everything, MOULINEX OW2000 and PHILIPS HD 9020 are more popular there. Phillips, as I understand it, have been dealing with stoves not so long ago, therefore there are no reviews on long-term operation yet. Which of these models is better, or are there any other options for firms / models? Panasonic was praised, but those models that I saw were knocked out of the price limit.
