Ingredients

Tomatoes 400 g
Water 250 ml
Salt taste
Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Pour water into a blender and bring to a boil. As soon as the water boils, switch to 80 gr. and add the tomatoes. Blend them well from speed 1 to 4. Add salt, pepper, mix. Then switch back to 100 g and bring to a boil - turn off and filter through a fine sieve! Cool the juice - put it in the refrigerator until it cools completely.

Note

I all understand that in our winter time there are no excellent tomatoes, but I really wanted a real tomato drink. I bought imported tomatoes on a branch, very fragrant and tastes like summer ones. the drink turned out to be tasty, rather thick. No worse than store-bought juice in packages.
