Knightly sausages

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes 1 kg
bulb onions 2 pcs
brisket or smoked brisket 250 g
sauerkraut 250 g
egg 2 pcs
cream 3 tbsp. spoons
pepper, salt, nutmeg taste
flour or starch for boning how much will take
frying oil how much will it take

Cooking method

  • 1) Mash or grate the potatoes if they are already cold.
  • 2) Fry the onion along with finely chopped pork lard or any other smoked meats. You can also add mushrooms.
  • 3) Mix everything together: potatoes, fry, cabbage, eggs, cream, spices.
  • 4) Form oblong sausages with wet hands, roll in flour or starch.
  • 5) Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausages on all sides, put on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • Serve with sour cream or cream sauce.
