Ingredients

Dried apricots 130 g
Apples (net weight) 200 g
Water 550 g
Sugar 50 g
Agar agar 2h l.

Cooking method

  • Soak the agar in water for 30 minutes.
  • Put dried apricots, peeled apples in a blender, pour water with agar. Grind with a blender at maximum speed. ATTENTION!!! Do not add sugar !!!!!!!!!!
  • Start cooking at 100C for 15 minutes.
  • Add sugar. Grind again at maximum speed. Pour into molds or bowls, cool.
  • I crush the child with my sweets so that I don't remember about the store ones. It turned out very tasty and good !!!!
