Puree soup with chicken liver in Tristar BL-4433 soup blender

Ingredients

chicken broth 400 ml
chicken liver with heart 4 things
cream 33% 0.5 cups
carrot 1 PC
bulb onions 1 PC
leek (white part) 50 g
potatoes 1-2 pcs
chicken fat (from broth) 3 tbsp. spoons
salt, spices, herbs taste

Cooking method

  • 1) Pour the existing broth into the blender bowl, send the grated carrots and leeks there.
  • 2) In a frying pan, melt the fat (or butter, I just had to dispose of the fat), pour in the chopped onion, sprinkle it with a pinch of sugar and saute until golden.
  • 3) we wash the liver, clean it from films and cut it into small pieces, then put it to the onion and fry it. Salt, pepper.
  • 4) Cut the potatoes into cubes and send them to the onion and liver, fry a little more.
  • 5) We send the fried products to the blender, add water to the maximum soup level and turn on the soap smoothye program.
  • 6) 5 minutes before the end of the program, pour the cream through the hole in the lid, add parsley, garlic, salt, spices.

It turns out that I love puree soups. I did not know that. My husband, who has never been snide, said that everything is correct, it is time to get used to mashed soups, old age will soon, teeth will fall out, and here - oops and a soup cooker will come in handy.
