Salt 0.2 tsp
Sugar 4-5 st. l.

Baby cottage cheese Agusha 4.5%
(3 packs of 50 g)
150 g
Vanilla sugar 0.5-1 tsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Half a medium sized apple,
diced

Cooking method

  • The dough should be moderately thick, not drip, but fall off the spoon. I put a spoon directly into a frying pan in heated sunflower oil.
  • I take the number of products "by eye", I do not measure them exactly, it all depends on the thickness of the curd, the leaven.

Note

This is a variant of the kefir pancakes my mom bakes.

Enough. Previously, I did it only on kefir (without soft curd and sourdough) with the addition of only soda. Due to the acid of kefir, soda is extinguished and the taste is not felt.
