I haven't eaten the soup yet, I tried it, it seems delicious. She poured clean water into the jug up to the “min soup” mark, poured a teaspoon of baking soda and turned on P1. The program did not turn on for a long time, then it turned on and worked instead of 25 minutes, 40 minutes. But the bottom was cleaned, rubbed a little with an iron washcloth. Now everything is OK, everything works fine, both the temperature and the programs.

Brought to a boil, turned off and switched to the blender program. AND WHAT SOMETHING it all happened quickly ... ah! I still boiled sugar, well, quite a bit (100 grams), I don't like very sweet fruit drinks.

Morse turned out to be very rich in taste, and most importantly - the berries are just dust! That is, I used to filter everything, getting rid of berry scraps, depriving myself of a very useful thing - some vitamins and fiber. And today the consistency of fruit drink was absolutely new for me, that is, there seem to be no berries, but they ARE! And drinking is not at all disgusting because this very, very fine suspension of berries was almost like pulp in juice. In short, GREAT!

The next part of our soup ballet is Kharcho type soup, the main word here is TYPE! 4 small potatoes, 2 tomatoes, half a teacup of rice, half a chicken breast, an onion, a small piece from a large carrot ... that's it. Then, already in the finished soup, I added a mixture of peppers and 4 cloves of garlic. They ate as they wanted, and I with sour cream.

The soup turned out to be very NOTHING, but with rice I took extra care, half a teacup is too much, next time I will reduce the dose. And one more thing, the rice seems to have been cooked, but when blended, it still was not completely sold out, and the family expressed the opinion that it was like semolina in the soup. I think that it is worth soaking the rice a little before cooking, then the texture of the soup will be smoother and softer. Well, this is how I gained experience today.
