Cooking method

The recipe, of course, is unremarkable. But I baked on a whim, and it turned out unexpectedly good. Therefore, I wrote down the recipe, even more for myself. I especially liked that the cake is not so wet, dryish. Great as a cake base.

A bit too much, it would take 10 minutes. But the crust is crispy!
