I put 2 small apples in the dough (then I didn't even find them there) and 4 scoops of baby milk formula (they opened it to my daughter, but she didn't eat it), it turned out that I added powdered milk. Instead of butter, butter margarine and sugar 80 g ... Everything rose up and baked well, but I failed when I took out the cake from the oven bucket, it turned out to be so tender that it fell on its side on the wire rack and wrinkled ... The view is unpresentable, but on it did not affect the taste ... They ate that evening, in the morning there was a small piece, I tried it, it turned out to be even tastier than yesterday's freshly baked ...
Conclusion: I will add milk powder, there is also more sugar, do not immediately take it out of the bucket, let it freeze (will it dry up?), On the 2nd day the cake is much tastier ...

I did everything according to the recipe, just added a little sugar and butter (75 g each), put 100 g of raisins. After the first kneading, the dough spreads all over the bottom, soft and sticky. Well, I really wanted to add 1-2 tablespoons of flour, but overcame myself and relied on a successful recipe. Hurray-ah! Everything worked out, the cake fit well, the top did not crack, but the sides were burnt. Maybe you should have turned it off earlier?
The scent was on the entire entrance, I really want to try it already, but I will refrain until tomorrow morning ..
