(Previously, more than 3 different sizes in total did not work). I'm super happy! tomorrow I will bake again.

I watched the kolobok, somewhere 2 st. l. added flour. The dough was smooth, buttery, not steep, and very tasty. At first, I put the dough as usual, for 1 hour, then I added the whole report, on a signal I added raisins and candied fruits a full glass of 230 ml., Baked on the program Russian chef 3.30 h., Light crust, LG. I don’t know how to put a photo, take my word for it, it’s very beautiful, and the taste is awesome (I pinched off a small piece near the mixer), not “bread”, but like a mother's from childhood, rich and sweet.

I open the lid - and my Easter cake is right up to the roof, that's why the top has crumpled up and is kind of soft in the middle, stretched out, it smells good, I put the middle crust, but it remains almost white, but that doesn't matter. I pierced with a toothpick - it seems ready. I hope that everything will be fine, I do not want to embarrass myself in front of my husband, because this is the first time I bake Easter cake myself. So far, only such photos as cut will show what happened inside.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Glad you tried my recipe. This year I replaced 80 grams. flour for semolina. The result pleased Apple I do not add. without it, the taste is richer.
