So I decided to share my experience. As always, at the last moment you need to bake a cake. I knew for sure that I would find something new and wonderful here. Interested in this recipe.
Bookmarked 340 gr. flour. Basic mode. HP Bork. My Easter cake, as they say, "the first pancake is lumpy," that is - I had a brick. Such a heavy one. I have decided not to eat it yet. But tomorrow is a holiday, and there was still time. I read all the messages about Butter Kulich, and realized that I might have overheated the milk and my yeast (Saf) decided not to work. Also, maybe I overdid it with raisins - light and not large, but a lot. During the kneading of raisins, my kolobok-snake somehow completely turned into a muck - I added flour, but it did not save me. He did not rise at all and baked, eventually turning into a brick.
The second time, taking into account all my mistakes, I decided to do it differently. I took yeast from a pack of ready-made bread mixture (fast-acting, must be added to flour). I added salt to lukewarm milk, and soft butter there. Grind the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar, add to milk. On top of the flour, put yeast on the flour (in the hole). Basic mode. Weight 750, crust color - medium. Raisins reduced by 3 times The result amazed me! The dough rose above the bucket, about 1.5 cm remained to the roof, the crust was not burnt, the top of the cake was round, not cracked. In a word, beauty! Now it remains to decorate

I will not use Lviv yeast for this recipe, the dough does not rise well, although they are suitable for other recipes. I bought a saf-levure, I'll try to bake it. Do they need to be diluted first or can they be added to flour immediately?
