baked today biscuits "Pickle" (recipe from the book "Folk recipes for the microwave", author Irina Fomicheva). I wanted to post it as a separate topic, but I found this one.the composition is generally the same, slightly different proportions, but it turns out not gingerbread, namely cookies

Wheat flour - 2 cups (I used a glass from HP - 240 ml, then I added 2 tbsp of flour)
Cucumber pickle - 8 tbsp l (I used pickle from homemade pickled cucumbers)
Granulated sugar - 8 tbsp. l
Vegetable oil - 8 tbsp. l
Drinking soda - 1/2 tsp (I did not extinguish anything, mixed with flour)

Knead the dough (of course, kneaded HP) and roll it into a layer 1/2 cm thick. Form the cookies and bake them at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes. (15 minutes were enough for my cookies)

I sprinkled some blanks, dipped them in sesame seeds. It is done very quickly and easily. They are delicious (especially those in sesame). When baking, the cookies rise slightly, but they are very far from gingerbread

True, I simplified the recipe even more, knead the dough of "thick sour cream" and just pour it into a greased baking sheet and get a delicious pie, I really add raisins.
