I don’t know what kind of crosspiece is included in the kit .... We bought 2 Gorenie plates, one almost 2 years ago, the second a little less. The grilles on them are enameled; I also ordered cast iron ones. There was no additional crosspiece. On a small burner (in the sense, on the grate above it), an ordinary enamel mug with a volume of a glass is calmly placed (I brew the grass for a drink). I cannot check Turku for lack of it in the house, but it will also become without problems.
Sofim
In my opinion, it's easier not to bother installing additional crosspieces, but to buy a stove with a grate that comes close to a small comfort ..
And a Turk without this crosspiece on some slabs really does not become or becomes wobbly, it may fall, it was so with me before Gorenje. And now I have an Ardo surface - the fire is right, nothing needs to be regulated and the Turk is getting better ..
I say my opinion - I don't call anyone to the topic ..

OlenaS, in Gorenje the grilles are close to the comfok, no crosses are required ..

OlenaS
I will add about setting the flame in Gorene ...
It is clear that the factory settings are average and focused on the theoretical proper level of gas pressure. And theoretically, this pressure should be constant. This is not the case at home, unfortunately. And all the kaka manifested itself with the beginning of this heating season, when, with the onset of cold weather, people began to massively turn on gas heating boilers (we live in the suburbs). We have a dead-end gas pipeline, we are the third house from the end. So for two days (apparently, while the pressure on the branch of the gas pipeline was regulated), the flame in the oven was steadily extinguishing. Then everything worked out again.
There are no other complaints about the stove.

If necessary, it is really in the burning stoves (I think that in others it should also be so) the flame level is regulated without problems. But the minimum level set at the factory suits me perfectly. Although, probably, it is also due to the fact that our gas pressure is slightly lower ...

I think it depends on the Goreny model. I have a model from the latter, GI62378BW, cast-iron grates, the kit includes a cross for small containers (for example, Turks). Since cast iron by its nature is relatively fragile, manufacturers prefer to make its grilles not too long to the fire, so that the user who has performed a "rough landing" with his dishes on the grill does not break off its horn ...
On the other hand, such a solution with a crosspiece will not tie your Turk only to a certain comfort ...

That's why the lattice in full cross is probably super
Is it cast iron? No, cast-iron gratings do not make such a thickness. Then, sorry, I'm not interested in this. And if Crystal is doubly ...

Shl. Visually, the chance of throwing a Turk from an unsuccessful installation on such a grid is much higher than on a special one. a crosspiece that has limiting protrusions.
This, of course, is only IMHO ...
Gypsy
This is cast iron. Here Crystal considers it to be a very good company, people put 5 * .. but I scraped up the analogs exactly, only the price is 2 times lower nowadays everything is done at the same plant
I felt such plates in the store, everything is beautiful and reliable.
A photo of the gratings in profile is only for another model, where there is no full cross, but the shape of the gratings is the same, they recommended this stove to me in the store:

There are similar gratings on my surface. Cast iron, but the grates fit close to the small comfok.

Girls, what is the width of your hobs? And specifically cast iron grates that reach the burners?

Especially I looked through the catalogs of German companies - manufacturers of gas stoves and hobs. Nowhere does cast iron reach the burners. Somewhere I suspect that this is due to a reasonable desire to reduce complaints about chipped bars ...
Gypsy
No, not a fake, it may be an outdated model, now people have become smarter, they are looking for cast iron, in any case, stores sell them with a year's warranty from the Crystal company.

I felt so many of them, all of them can be seen that they were stamped at the same plant in China or Italy without a difference, each customer slaps his name, they should be the same in quality, the plant will not change the technology for each customer, so he has three models of plates, you can only spank your label.
Gypsy
The stove is covered with some kind of Japanese grease .. it is dried and voila, the stove can be washed with a cloth with just water

People, can anyone have or know if this stove has cast iron iron or just iron? I have not found anywhere ..

Hello!!!
I am very happy. that I found such a wonderful site ... just for my question ...

Just the other day, I bought myself a gas stove: GORENJE GI62378BX, stainless steel.
I read it in the thread someone has a similar one.

So here's my "question":
When I was going to buy, I came across only good reviews, my friends had no one to burn ... but from old memory everyone knows that this is a good technique ... and I chose an easy-to-use stove ... for our grandmother rather than for yourself...
But today I got into no ... and how much I read it (!!!) now I'm afraid to use the oven ... although I really like the stove and my grandmother too ... only my little one twists his nose, but he's a skeptic in life ...
schnpot: baked with small crackers, very good and quick.

I ASK YOU, JUST BEHALING ... SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE !!! Who has gas burning with gas oven and gas grill !!!

IN ADVANCE, EVERYONE IS VERY THANKS !!!

PS: If I was mistaken in my choice, my grandmother will kill me ... after all, I am always at work, and she cooks ...
Jefry
Midina, relax! A modern gas oven is definitely better than any of the Soviet times. Another thing is that modern electric power allows making aerobatics in baking, which allows you to close your eyes to the relatively high cost of operation.

A month ago I bought the same burner, only enameled, GI62378BW, because I have nothing in my kitchen made of metallic, all the appliances are white, and the normal maintenance of stainless steel seemed to me always a concern of abnormal zeal, IMHO ...

So far, I can't say anything bad, everything is working as it should. They baked meat, pies and pizza, and grilled chicken - everything was delicious and without any problems. Personally, I am still satisfied and do not regret buying. Well, then further - let's see how it behaves in operation ...

Thank you for responding to my call
If you do not mind, please tell us about the technology of cooking on the grill and in the oven in general
that is, you put on a protective screen and when
at what temperatures were cooked

for one thing is an instruction, but a completely different reality

I cooked it like this:
Be sure to install a protective screen.
We prepare a chicken (1.5 kg): so that the legs and wings do not dangle when rotating, we pierce the wings, legs and tail brisket, as it turns out, so that they are more or less fixed in the position of a headless embryo. Somewhere I found some pictures of such training, but I don't remember the link anymore ...
We haven't greased the corpse with anything yet, except perhaps with salt and pepper inside. Otherwise, there will be problems with fixing the corpse on the spit.
We put the chicken on a spit, we clamp it very, very tightly. After that, you can grease the outside of the corpse for a delicious crust. I smeared with soy sauce-honey-pepper-salt mixture. Instead of honey, condensed milk will also work.
Next, we install the spit according to the instructions. Do not forget about the deep pan at the bottom to collect the fat. We turn on the oven at 200C-220C, start the rotation of the spit, bake (I don’t remember exactly, I could be wrong) for about 1 hour, essno with the door closed. Then we start the gas grill, with the door open, for 20-30 minutes, for a crispy crust.
It was very tasty, but not enough ...

Kapet Forgot to finish, after grilling half a day I wash the oven.))))))
OffTop: highly recommend "AMWAY ™ Oven Cleaner" 🔗, and your half-day will be reduced to a maximum of 15 minutes. What we have not tried, there is nothing better ...

Today I cooked a grilled chicken on a rotating spit on my Kaiser. It turned out - super !!! And baked inside, and outside-beauty !!! I also really liked to bake halves of potatoes under the grill. It turns out even faster than in the combined mode in the microwave. Grilling in the Kaiser is a beast! And I checked out the non-stick baking sheets - nothing needs to be soaked and scrubbed to the point of stupor - a little bit of liquid on a sponge - and everything was laundered! No, it was not for nothing that my husband threw out the money - compared to the old one - heaven and earth.

Tell me what is your Kaiser model. I also look closely at this company. Thank you
Onega
It is very necessary to change the old stove. Please advise which firms are good? The price of the stove is any, the main thing is that it bakes well and the burners work. Which one to prefer, cast iron or steel grates? I look closely at the upper models Bosch, Gorenje. I have already read the branch about the plates) Thank you.
taty
Bosch changed my gefest, what can I say.
Oven - requires a revision of the entire technology.
Where at Hephaestus - just metal. cover, bosh has something cleverly invented.
In short, frying is not so easy, a whole insert in the center of the bottom of the oven, with thickenings and holes, supposedly so as not to burn from below.
I have the 10th floor, the operation of the oven depends on the draft, it is often not there and everything is overdried at the same temperature.
But in the simpler Sea - the oven bakes very simply and well.
They say that it is also in Gorenje, and there it is more disgusting.
In Bosch gas only a grate and a baking sheet, very solid, thick-walled, sometimes you have to use an old thin one.
Onega
taty , please tell me, but in Bosch how the oven burner is located, in a straight line or in the form of a loop (they say so in Gorenje). What is your cooker model?
taty
In Ukraine, Bosch sells two models of gas stoves with a gas oven: with a spit and without.
An ordinary four-burner stove, the left near burner is large, the right burner is small, the two "rear" ones are medium.
The shape of the burner is probably slightly bent, just like hefest,
I will not say more precisely, I do not remember, but to look at it without unscrewing the central insert - in any way, and a hex screwdriver is needed.
But in my opinion - it doesn't matter, in the Sea - a direct burner - and bakes well.
Maybe tomorrow I'll see if I persuade the men to unscrew
taty
The stove is not bad, but I had to adapt to it,
and change the baking time.
Now I'm with a thermometer, and I don't know the quality of the gas is to blame or what else,
but when setting 220-230 С - in the oven - it is really 210С
taty
Onega, thanks
This is my IMHO, I don’t sell plates.
My sister bought about 8 years ago, I often use it in the summer, I like ...
My husband liked the design of the Bosch.
Our sellers say that at the plant where Mora is produced,
now they are doing Gorenje, somewhere in the Czech Republic or something.
Bosch is not bad, but it differs for the better only in that the oven releases less heat, when you open it, the glasses immediately fog up.
There are more holes in the Sea, but for the 10th floor they would be needed for traction.
Do you know what it is when there is no draft in the oven - it is baked only in the center, for example, that is, there is no movement of warm air.
But in general, watch it live and buy whatever it is, good luck

We chose this one:
G6N50RBR Independent gas hob. Maybe someone is already using it, I would really like to know how it is in operation?

Enamel, washes normally, especially if immediately.

Girls, can anyone have a Kaiser gas stove? I read the reviews, and they are so contradictory ... But you have to buy a stove. I thought Gorenie, then I read that a year later and earlier there were problems with electric ignition, now I go to all the shops, and the sellers ... they cannot say anything by any means. In any case, the seller claimed that the Kaiser was a German stove, and now I I read what is produced in Poland, in the same place as Hansu.

So I also look closely at the Kaiser, but there is very little information about him. In any case, I have not met any complaints about the quality of baked goods, and this is the most important thing for me. because I bake a lot.

I have a Kaiser gas with email. grill Everything bakes and fries perfectly I don’t even know how I’ll live without her - I have no complaints about the Kaiser, there are no problems either, it has been working for about 9 years: flowers: If necessary, I can make a photo from my passport

I'm also looking at the Kaiser. I just can't choose: Kaiser or Gorene?

Previously, I would not hesitate to choose Gorenje, since this company specializes in stoves, but recently there have been so many negative reviews both on the build quality, and on the quality of baking, and on the quality of the coating. Those who managed to purchase Gorenje 5 years or more ago are very satisfied, and the products of recent years are disappointing.
Gypsy
and we have only good reviews on Gorenje, I also chose it and am very satisfied. But we have electric ovens, not gas.

I would really like an electric oven, but the voltage in winter, especially in the evening, is very bad: 170-190, five lamps in the chandelier, and it seems that a kerosene lamp is on.The stabilizer sometimes does not feel electricity at all in the network and squeaks like a cut.
Sonadora
If possible, it is better to take a good electric one. At one time, we looked closely at GORENJE ORA-ITO, but they are expensive, and gas at home.

As a result, we took a gas Electrolux EOG 23400 K - I will not recommend it to anyone. The most expensive of gas, but it turned out to be problematic, and nowhere and no one is treated! Sometimes you already want to kick it, the gas supply is blocked. You have to switch to the grill, and then after a while try again to make it work on gas.

Firefly, if the stove is smart, that is, to maintain the set temperature in the oven, then with such problems with electricity, the ignition may also not work.
firefly with
Well, as a last resort, you can set it on fire manually or not?
Sonadora
Quote: firefly with

Well, as a last resort, you can set it on fire manually or not?
I think no. Because the oven quickly picks up the set temperature and then maintains it automatically, turning the gas on and off itself, ignition occurs approximately every 5-7 minutes.
Maybe, of course, only Electrolux suffers from this, that at low voltage the electric ignition does not work ...
But if you have problems with voltage - study this issue in advance, until the stove is bought.
Kalmykova
I also have a question of replacing the stove, since my Hansochka for 11 years of brutal service began to give out unnecessary parts and all sorts of tricks. But, the funniest thing is you know what? With my good taste, I always choose the most expensive, and this time I didn't miss either. I groped Ilve's plates on the Internet, and then saw a similar one at Vysotskaya. So there prices start from 1000 euros !!! But these are the plates! I just want this!
firefly with
I also think that it is better to pay once for a good thing, and not spend money on temporary cheap things, but now even expensive and eminent brands are not always producing quality products. And even if they are released, then we cannot find them in the outback. I also found a couple of such firms, but their products are generally absent in the vastness of our Motherland. So you have to rack your brains.
Kalmykova
Ilve is in Ukraine. What else pleases - a lot of modifications, sizes, colors, etc. etc. Not only the price pleases.
firefly with
Yes! From 24 to 81 thousand UAH!

Maybe, of course, only Electrolux suffers from this, that at low voltage the electric ignition does not work ...

In Combustion there is no such process, at first there is a large fire, and as soon as it reaches the required T, it reduces the fire, but does not turn it off. If you open the door, it increases the fire, and so on.

Dear hostesses, help with advice! Yesterday I bought a Gorene stove with an electric oven. but I can't figure out the modes ((Yes, and my six-month-old daughter does not let me rummage in the internet.
Maybe someone will throw a reference, or will briefly explain what convection is for, when top heating is needed, on which mode is it better to bake bread, on which pies, meat to bake?
Today I baked a gingerbread at 200 degrees, bottom heating plus convection, so the bottom burned
Gypsy
Look at the topic * what is convection in the oven for * there seems to be instructions in Russian for Gorene. It is better to bake regular baked goods on * upper heating + lower heating *, that is, without convection. It is good to bake, for example, two baking trays of pies on ordinary * convection * without the bottom and top heating elements. Read about the rest in the instructions in the topic about convection.

I'm looking for a gas stove now. Girls, tell me who has one, I need a good oven. I tend to the combined (with email.oven), although at first I thought about a purely gas one, but I'm afraid the oven will work well.
Lana Sveta, you have gas at home, right? Can you advise what?
Oca
The parents have some kind of delonghi of the 90s (today I will look at the number, I will write syudy), there is nothing in it, only ON and very ON. The quality of the baking ... well, if you don't twist the pie in the pan, then 100% will be white somewhere, and the other side will burn. With pies on a baking sheet is better, but not "5".
