Mashed potatoes with brisket

Ingredients

peeled potatoes 500 - 600 gr
boiled-smoked brisket 100 g
onion 1/2 onion
salt

Cooking method

  • Peel and boil the potatoes. While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the mashed potato dressing. Finely chop the onion and brisket.
  • Fry the brisket in a pan until the bacon is melted, then add the chopped onion. Fry all this until golden brown.
  • Make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes, then add the brisket and onion dressing.
  • Stewed turkey breast fillets in milk with potatoes. Bon Appetit!
