Cooking method

  • Peel the persimmon. Purée 150 grams, cut 250 grams into cubes.

I really liked the cupcakes. Despite the fact that they were just standing on the table, not even covered with a towel, they were not at all stale. And it seemed to me that today they became even tastier. Yesterday, the taste was dominated by persimmon, but today the taste seemed to have settled, the persimmon calmed down and the creamy taste and lemon zest came to the fore (I don't really like orange peel, although lemon can ruin the whole thing if you drink too much). And most importantly, what I like about them is that they can be eaten just like that, without the desire to wash down with something that many cupcakes sin. So they have only one plus.
