Thank you very much for your reply!!!!!! You helped me a lot. Today I will create. Yesterday I baked butter bread, if anyone is interested, the proportions: Water 330 ml, Rust. oil 3 tbsp. l., salt 1 and 1/4 tsp., sugar 4 tbsp. l., sifted flour 560 g, dry cream 2 tbsp. l., dry yeast 1 tsp. without a slide, sesame seeds 3 tbsp. l. Before the 2nd batch, a beep sounded and I put in 100 g of raisins (pre-washed and soaked in hot water for 10-15 minutes), 100 g of dried apricots (just like the raisins I processed and finely chopped). The mode was chosen 5 (rich pastries), weight 900 g, medium crust (very good that I did not choose a dark crust, because it turned out to be a good golden color on the middle one). When I fell asleep raisins and dried apricots - in the bun during the 2nd batch I poured flour a little bit, because the raisins and dried apricots were wet. A beautiful bun has formed. After the program ended, I took out the bread, left it for an hour, but first greased the top with butter. Oh, girls, how tasty it turned out, soft, sweetish, but not cloying. I advise everyone. I have flour Makfa. I selected the amount of flour for myself, because if you cook from it according to a booklet, a bun is not formed.

Dear Colleagues! My stove is a miracle! Maxwell3751 the top cap does not snap into place. I am concerned about something else. Absolutely meager recipes. There is no separate recipe for making dough for buns and pies. If anyone has already tried to make dough in M-LE 3751, please write the recipes. She baked bread from a box Bread Burg. German multi-grain white with flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, rye and oat flakes - this is just a miracle came out and is healthy and tasty and very beautiful. Try it. : rose: https: //Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/forum/Smileys/sm/rose.gif

The recipes are really terrible there and there are not enough)) About the lid - it is true, it just goes down, but, in theory, if all the products are correctly laid, nothing will lift it)) Although my cake rested several times against the viewing window, it even stuck a little (there was too much yeast + the apple gives a crazy rise), but the lid did not move a single millimeter.
About recipes - here on the forum there are many recipes for both dough and bread, they are suitable for all bread makers, or they can be easily adapted to the size you need. And even more so the dough.
For example, I am going to try to knead one of these days this "The dough is just awesome buttery" from Slasten. And I want to bake it in a bread maker - with raisins and dried apricots. But they say that delicious buns and pies in the oven are obtained from it. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1032.0
Perhaps you will like it. There is a recalculation for a smaller number - at the bottom of the post, with links.
And here is a whole section "Dough", choose any. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=53.0
For baking bread, I recommend that you look into the section The simplest bread (you don't need to pay attention to the name of the HP brand, the bread turns out to be delicious in any oven).

Thank you very much! I will definitely try. I'm not good friends with the computer. I started learning too late. I think when I figure it out, I’ll find a lot of interesting things. I have been cooking for many years, but I am afraid to apply my recipes to the bread maker.

Good day to all))) So I became the owner of Maxwell HP, I already baked bread and yogurt and tried jam, everything turned out excellent, today I want to try gray bread, tell me the recipe please, if anyone has already done tell us about your experience, which + and -.And is it possible to make dough for dumplings, is there enough power ...
UmpaLumpa
Good day! It's great that you succeed) Gray I can advise Darnitsky from fugaska https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=596.0.html or Wheat-rye bread with whole grain flour "Krestyansky" from Krosh https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=2972.0
I tried both recipes in our HP and liked both very much. If desired, you can add rye malt or dry kvass to them (I add kvass wort from a can, 1-2 tablespoons) and herbs - caraway seeds, ground coriander. Someone replaces water with dark beer. It turns out great.
Baked the first on the Basic mode, the second on the Wholegrain mode. Now I want to try the second one on the Main one, because it seemed that in the second case the dough "stopped" (the roof collapsed), since the program was longer. And Darnitsky always comes out superbly, handsome.
I haven't tried the dough on dumplings, but I think that the power will be enough. Moreover, there is a separate program 14 "kneading" for such cases. Try it, tell =)

Greetings, colleagues at HP "Maxwell". I was also alarmed by the price. I asked the seller in the store, are you selling a defective batch? No, - he says, - they picked it up - everything works. Now, the second month, all the bought loaves just disappeared. The recipes in the instructions are only suitable for maintaining the proportions "wet - dry - total weight". All recipes from the Internet. I make bread with whey, salt, sugar, yeast, flour - according to the recipe. Instead of sunflower oil - mustard oil and add a teaspoon of ready-made mustard. Its aroma completely overwhelms the smell of yeast. According to regime No. 1, bread is obtained in structure, like a regular store bread, but according to regime No. 2 "French baguette", like a loaf. Optimally, the crust is medium or light. And as she shook it out of the mold - cover with damp gauze and a napkin for half an hour so that the crust is not very hard. The dough on the dumplings turned out great. After kneading, you need to let it settle for at least half an hour. Charlotte and cake on baking powder turn out to be dense. The oven is better. For pizza (from the Internet dough recipes), the oven-sweet kneaded and insisted on hurray! I made sweet bread with poppy seeds in milk (also a recipe from the Internet). I didn't soak the poppy, just half a cup less flour than poppy. I looked at other brands of bread machines on the Internet: the basic principle of operation is the same for everyone. For me for a family of three - the help from this particular stove is tangible. And according to the weight of the finished bread - optimally - for three to four days. The cost is not significantly more expensive than the store.

Girls, hello! I bought this hp today.
I immediately put on wheat bread, took ingredients for bread for 500 grams, it was interesting whether it would work out or not. Basic mode, 750 gr (dough was 360 gr) and dark crust. Cool bread came out, dark, but not overcooked. Slightly lower than in Brand 3801, because it seemed to me that the bucket is a little wider. I took out the spatula at 2 hours, it is bad that the regime is not scheduled, when kneading, when proofing.
For a reason unknown to me, my husband thought bread tastier in this hp, although I cook this recipe every day in Brand. I will be able to find out more details about HP in July-August when I take her to my mother-in-law.
I will be happy to follow Temko.

Tell me. Time for yogurt can only be chosen or 6 or 8 hours?

Hello.
Now I have HP Maxwell 3751!
The first was the cupcake. My daughter says - there is bread at home, let's have a cupcake. In general, we read the recipe quickly and laid everything down ... I look - my father-in-law is completely liquid ... I added flour ... (as I later found out that we counted flour not in grams, but in ml.What happens ... The cupcake is baked delicious, of course ...

Since May, I've been experimenting to my heart's content. Bread according to this recipe is suitable for tea and cutlets. Fantasy "Darnitskiy": Milk whey, warm, 270 ml. + On 2 tablespoons of mustard oil, lightly fry a finely chopped onion (about the size of an egg), + honey - 2 tbsp. spoons without top, + 1 tsp. salt, + 1.5 tsp.ready-made mustard. Mix all this and pour into a bucket. Flour - sift 2 measuring cups of wheat and 1 rye and pour into a bucket on whey. Any dry yeast on top - 1 tsp. I poured both saf-moment and pakmayu. Due to the mustard, there will be no yeast odor in the finished bread. "Whole grain" mode Light crust. Paying attention!!! Ingredients for 750 g. And set the mode to 900 !!! I tried it on the "Average crust" and ruined everything.

we had a Bork x500 bread maker, but after 4 years of intensive work the touch panel broke. I, offended by such impudence, decided to purchase the cheapest and unknown HP. It turned out to be Maxwell 3751. So, what is interesting, they have the same kneader and the bucket fits (at Bork a little higher), and the bread turns out better - high, airy. I'm very happy, finally, we are eating delicious bread with a normal roof)))

I also bought such a stove for myself as a consolation a week ago, since in my house there was a "revolt of machines", in particular, a bucket from Kenwood 450 flew after 2 years of operation. The cost of a bucket from Kenwood is equal to the cost of this stove and while the ordered bucket is on the way I am having fun on this machine as a psychotherapeutic tool. The machine is beautiful and I really like it, it's just a darling, and my husband says that he tastes better bread in it than in Kenwood, the crumb of bread is really some other, since the kneading algorithm is different (it is similar for inexpensive ovens).

Today I bought this stove for a sale of 1500r. I snatched the penultimate one. Satisfied, I tried to bake French bread according to the recipe with the oven. It seems to have succeeded, although I poured a little yeast to taste. Let's see the operation.

The cut is uneven - the length of the knife was not enough and I really wanted to try it. It was made at 900g with a dark crust. The crust of 3-4 mm crunches, and the crumb is soft, although not airy and, according to the recipe, there is too much salt - the bread turned out salty. But it's not a problem I'll eat everything and treat my friends.

Good night, today I have a "first acquaintance" with my beauty, I seem to have done everything right, I bake in mode 1, baking flour 3 kup - 50 g of flour, added bran, medium crust, but did not understand when it was necessary to set the weight of 750 , then poked, mikala - useless, let's see what happens, at 2-30 she beeped and began to knead again, there is a slight smell of plastic from the stove, I look through the window, the ball is interfering, so cute !!!!!!!!!! Watching further

Yes, the display is constantly on when the HP is off - for 1 program. And your bread is very beautiful. In my finished form, the roll weighed 630g. Baked for 750g. And please give me a proportion of 900g. I'm afraid to experiment myself, because the dough can come out of the bucket.

how did you set it to 750 g? something doesn't reach me, please tell me
Linden80
May I answer. There in the center there is a button "baking weight", and on the display there is a triangle in the upper right, when you press this button, the triangle moves and you select the weight accordingly. Adjustment only when the oven is on. Sincerely.
Maryasha Rostovskaya
probably it should have been done right away, but I realized it was late
Maryasha Rostovskaya
37 minutes left until the bread is ready, an interesting smell - bread + plastic, I hope this will not go over to the finished product
Linden80
this ... before the first baking it was necessary to ignite it - turn it on for 10 minutes in the baking mode so that the heating elements would be calcined. Well, I also hope that the smell does not transfer.
Maryasha Rostovskaya
It happened, my first bun of their bread maker is ready, I took a picture, I must now try to lay it out, By the way, the bottom of the stove is not hot, the back wall and sides are very hot, I wait 10 minutes before pulling it out, I just slipped out of the bucket when I turned it over (smeared it with vegetable the shaft, which was kneading), hihi, but the blade remained in the loaf, the key came in handy, cut it - everything is super !!! Well done, everything is beautiful !!! I'm happy

Hello girls! So I joined you, bought this wonderful bread maker three days ago. The second day I use it. Yesterday I baked bread according to the main recipe, the crumb turned out to be soft, but somehow rubbery, most likely there was not enough flour, you can see such flour, because today I was baking whole grain bread and the middle settled near the end of baking, looked at the instructions, it says about excessive amount of liquid, but added everything according to the recipe. I will continue to experiment with the amount of flour. Today I was still baking a cake according to the recipe from the instructions, our family liked it, they immediately knew half of it.
Maryasha Rostovskaya
Hello, here I have the same song with the top and crumb (all according to the recipe from the coot). I bought bakery flour in Ashan, never thought there is a difference between ordinary and such, and what kind of flour did you make?
sazalexter
Bake according to recipes from the forum, measure flour on a scale, read the topic # and you will succeed!
Olga Viktorovna
I also have a premium bakery and whole grain. I suspect that my premium flour is damp, so I will add more flour. Yesterday I read what a dough bun should be during pre-mixing, it should be elastic, and I didn't even have a bun during the first baking. Also, I decided to first measure the flour with a glass, and only then sow it, although the instructions say the other way around.

Olga Viktorovna, Bake according to recipes from the forum, in books to HP there are usually a lot of mistakes or mismatches.
Please note that most recipes on the Internet are given in grams, glasses can give an error or a banal inaccuracy, even +/- 15g is already a lot.
Linden80
Well, in general, I think you are right about the scales, but they are not yet available, and therefore I bring the colob to condition by eye. Long live the organoleptic he-he-he !!! Just in the process I add enough flour to form the correct bun, based on the experience of life, when I kneaded the dough with my hands. And thanks a lot to the forum - there are so many original recipes. There is a field for experiments!

Hello, I recently became the owner of this model, on the third day, during kneading, a third-party sound appeared, very similar to the clang of a kneading knife. Has anyone encountered such a noise. And how to implement according to the instructions "oil the kneading knife"?
Thank you.

Take a kneading knife in one hand, drip butter in the other hand, and rub it with an oily hand all over the place (don't forget the ribs). You can also grease with margarine. And the pin that holds the paddle.

Why is there Teflon everywhere! Butter is added to bread for taste only. During kneading, the dough ball will collect all the butter on itself.
PS: The stupidity of some equipment manufacturers is simply amazing

Will collect, definitely. Only now I noticed a characteristic feature in myself - I grease the rast knife. butter - the mixer gets stuck in the bread, greased with margarine - jumps out. And then, it's just a couple of seconds, why not? And some kind of protective layer. Why do pan manufacturers recommend lubricating Teflon with oil? All fools, not otherwise

Why do pan manufacturers recommend lubricating Teflon with oil?
The developer and first manufacturer of HP is Panasonic company, nothing indicates the lubricant account.
And the frying pans are lubricated to cover the pores, which is also in Teflon, and the heating temperature of the frying pan will be more or less.

And because, maybe, his cover is different (praise Panasonic, just a standard for imitation, there is no better and more beautiful one !!!). Does something devshy, Chinese require other efforts?
And I grease the bucket every time.

My humble opinion on this issue is that it is important to lubricate the axle uncoated with Teflon and the bore on the blade to prevent possible corrosion from aggressive media and physical stress

Did as you said, the noise disappeared instantly. Now there are 3 questions to be aware of:
1) What is the reason for the difference in the position of the bucket and the occurrence of noise
2) And how you can mark the bucket so as not to confuse its installation side
3) Is it possible to knead dough for dumplings in this bread maker
sazalexter
Bold macho,
1) Build quality
2) With a soft pencil on the outside of the bucket
3) Your HP has a Kneading dough mode, try on it but it is heated.
PS: Please read the thread from the beginning, you will find a lot of useful things for yourself.

Thanks for clarifying!
It turns out the build quality of the bucket is lame ... or perhaps the bucket attachment point at the place of the engine drive is ill-considered ...
A pencil, yes, but after 2-3 washes it will wash off in theory. Maybe a wax crayon is more suitable, it is more waterproof
