Hello everybody! Soon my copy of this stove will arrive home! I will experiment with different recipes! I would be glad to advice! And immediately the question is - do you help the stove in kneading the dough with a spatula, or does it do an excellent job on its own? The instructions say that you may need such help, how is it really with this? And were there any misfires in baking? It's just that there are very good reviews about her everywhere, and this is alarming! I got it on sale for 999r.! By the way - the price is also alarming, but curiosity and the desire to eat your delicious bread outweighs!

I made according to the recipe from the instructions for 900 grams. Basic mode. The weight came out about 850 grams.

Water - 330 ml (ml)
Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
Salt - 1.5 teaspoon
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Flour - 3.5 measuring cups (sup)
Dry yeast - 1¼ teaspoon
I think I'll try this recipe first!
Olga Viktorovna
I baked according to this recipe, the bread tasted good, but the dough turned out to be liquid and the top of the roll fell through, perhaps this is my flour, but still it is better to take flour in grams. By the way, above, experienced bakers advised just that.
Last time I baked MariS Rustic French bread https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=166856.0, but I used pressed yeast instead of dry yeast. We really liked this bread and the top did not fall, and the crust remained crispy even after I put the bread in a plastic bag.
In general, the bread maker pleases, it bakes really well despite its low price, we bought it for 1499rr.
I baked a cake in it according to the recipe from the instructions, it turned out delicious, but in my opinion a little harsh or something, my husband said that he reminds him of the "Stolichny" cupcake (which is "shop").
Lenchic-atas
Tell me, did you dilute the pressed yeast with water or add it to flour? Dry in flour, but about such in the instructions it seems to be written to dilute with water .. And which dry yeast is better? We mainly sell SAF Moment
Lenchic-atas
And by the way, friends bought an oven in the price category of 6000r, never got normal bread

Yes, I diluted the pressed with water a little and added a little sugar, literally 0.5 tsp, they stood for 10-15 minutes, rose a little and I poured them into a depression in flour.
Dry used only SAF-Moment, others have not yet used.

I think it's not about the stove. The price of the oven mainly depends on the brand awareness, the weight of the baked goods and the number of functions. At first, we also considered an option in the price range of 6-8t. p., but when I decided to look at the Yandex Market reviews, by chance this one caught my eye and the reviews are all good, they decided to go and buy right the next day, besides, in other online stores it cost from 2.5 tons.
Lenchic-atas
Thank you for the consultation))) If memory serves, they have Redmond, maybe it's a question of crooked handles))) Tomorrow I'll take my beauty, I'll experiment))) I'll post a report! If with the pictures I figure out how)

We will wait for the photo report.
I wanted to buy Kenwood. And now she is quite happy with her Maksyusha.

Not quite so, the price consists of the price of materials, components, embedded developments and technical solutions, licenses, if they were bought, of course, marketing, warranty service, post-warranty support with components and of course the name of the manufacturer ... For most non-name products, repairs are not provided at all, buckets no, there are no blades and. etc.

Only they are at a price several times cheaper than their brand comrades, whose functions are the same, and the price of a bucket is comparable to the price of a "non-product" as you put it. This is all IMHO. I do not pretend to be the ultimate truth. But I haven’t found any bad reviews on this particular stove. Even if it only works for a year, it will pay off its price. By the way, a little higher, one of the owners of this miracle of technology wrote that the bucket fits the Bork stove.

I strongly agree with you. even if he works for a year, he will work out his money for anyone. I bake bread every 2-3 days.

Sorry for the double post. Anyway, you have to help with a spatula during the first batch. In the upper right and lower left corners, flour remains, gently scooping it up with a spatula right during operation, and in the first or second batch, sometimes you have to throw 1-2 tablespoons of flour to form the correct bun. There was a misfire 1 time when bread with cheese and Mediterranean herbs was baked - the bread was perfectly mixed, rose great, but almost instantly fell during baking. It turned out to be tasty anyway, but the crumb was dense. The reason - I did not take into account that cheese is also liquid (well, I think so).

That's exactly what I did today! True, my stove has not arrived yet, but my mother's copy of Maxwell arrived, so we tried it on it)) Since the mother is not very friendly with technology, she had to write down all the stages on paper))). Most of the bread they eat is gray, so today we baked Darnitsky bread according to the Fugaski recipe. The bun turned out to be not big, but even, I can't attach a photo of it))) While I went to the kindergarten for the child, the bread was taken away for parts)))) The dough was kneaded well, the crumb was even, but a little damp, maybe because he was not really allowed to cool down)) The loaf did not live until evening)))

And by the way, I didn’t think it was so big)))))))) Now I’m wondering where I’ll put my HP ... I took the floor of the kitchen table))) It is comparable in size with a microwave)))

The fact of the matter is that you often have to overpay for the "brand", but not the fact that you will get a good copy. I remember at the age of 18 I bought myself a hairdryer of a then unknown company, I can’t vouch for the accuracy of the name - First, so this bastard still works (14 years)))), of course it buzzes strongly, but it works, but the hairdryer of the vaunted BOSCH company worked for a year and a half and burned out)))))))))

Good day everyone. Yesterday I tried the oven. the bread turned out to be normal. I would like to ask, did anyone bake charlotte in this hp? Share.
Olga Viktorovna
I only baked a cupcake twice, I haven't tried a charlotte, but what can I bake a charlotte in it?

Baked recipe from the forum
flour 450 gr.
water 270 ml
the oil grows. 2 tbsp. l
salt 1.3 tsp
sugar 1.8 tbsp l.
yeast (saf moment) 1.3 tsp.
In fact, at the very beginning, I had to remove 19 grams of flour and during the first batch I added a tablespoon of warm water. To make a beautiful lump))) (read the forum)
The truth was baked in the French baguette mode (because in the specified recipe it was written that they baked in the main mode and the time was 3.50, and in our HP the main one was 3 hours), medium crust, weight 750 gr.

I tried to reshoot the crumb, the pink spot in the middle is the error of the phone's camera, in fact, the color is uniform yellow)) By the way, I did a little bit - the flour was not sifted, I won't make excuses, but I forgot .. Flour "White terem" is the highest grade. (Well, if anyone is interested) Just reading the forum, several times I came across the phrase that you can't bake anything worthwhile from the highest grade in HP ... Not really !!

I wonder what we are baking bread from?
As a rule, from the flour that is at hand in the store - from the highest grade flour! And more often see recipes for bread from wheat flour, you will see a lot of useful things https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=261.0

The most correct thing is to learn how to make bread dough and arrange it.

And so - a new report! Baked a bun from KAVA
Ingredients:

Eggs 2 pcs.
Butter 150 g
Kefir 60 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp. l. (I replaced some of the sugar with vanilla)
Flour 360 g
Curd 100 g
Yeast 2 tsp
Gluten 1 tsp Only without gluten))) The bun turned out to be just super! The only thing I wanted was a slightly sweeter muffin and next time I'll add some sugar and raisins. I didn't have time to take a full picture, my daughters were eager to try it ... They did not let her cool down and shredded her)))
