I have a Vinzer set of casseroles with a copper pancake on the bottom. Great cookware, well worth the money. Very fragrant food comes out in it. Boils with the lid fully closed - hovers - on a tiny fire. But a stainless steel skillet-pan is generally a pointless thing. Or am I stupid? Well, nothing can be fried in it - it immediately sticks! And to stew, so I have enough pots. Obviously, frying in such a saucepan can only be deep-fried, which is not part of my plans.
And Tefal pans have been serving for 3 years. And Winzer's pot-like kazanka, took for pilaf, apparently from scratching, it began to throw off the inner coating in rags. Who knows, you can rip it off with something and use it just like an aluminum pot ???

It is necessary to update the pots, I went and looked stainless steel. There are plastic handles, there are metal ones. I have always had plastic ones, not counting Soviet pots. Now all in doubt. Are the metal handles (and the handle on the lid) getting warm?
Warm up. Very carefully set the fire, then maybe not. But I can't do that. I have Vinzer pots, it is stated that the handles do not heat up. Otherwise, everything is fine. At Teskom's pan, the plastic handle on the glass lid cracked, did not even notice under what circumstances. If I continue to buy pots, I will give preference to those with metal handles.

I also look closely at a set of pots Vinser 69030. :) So I like it, no urine! I try to wisely approach the purchase of pots and pans, minimum harm and maximum benefit! Therefore, I buy our pots, domestic production Salda. Excellent saucepans, but these ... For all types of stoves, unmatched design, how can you safely walk past them ?! Judge for yourself....

SoNya 68, you can probably peel off with sandpaper. Never use this cookware until you have cleaned it. Then polish to a high gloss met. households washcloth with household. soap, let stand in the air for a day, then boil water in it and let cool. A protective film will form on the surface and the aluminum will not get into food. Good luck!

Thanks Margit !! So I'll do it, or rather strain my husband.
I have a set of 69027. And these wonderful pots-pots are really MIRACLE !!! I reviewed them in my warehouse, I want to take a couple of these for pilaf and cereals. One is larger, the second is smaller. They have glass lids with a wide metal rim. Simply super-everything is visible what is happening in the saucepan! When we looked at them, we laughed, we all agree that they simply do not have enough old grip! To plant in the stove.

The handle on the lid broke just on Teskom's pan, now the stub is sticking out, it's ugly and inconvenient to take it. And the side handle is also one with a deep crack, it will be impossible to use without a handle, but it will also fall apart soon. There are no apparent reasons - why such cracks appeared. By the way, my Teskomovsky knife also broke. Mom's had Bergner's pots with plastic handles for 10 years already, but no more - whole. Each time, remove the lid, remove the pan, and grab a towel is also frivolous.
SoNya 68
Such handles crack when there is no good heat-resistant layer between the metal of the body and the handle itself. A kind of plastic fatigue, I guess. A plastic handle also fell apart on my glass Winzer lid from the unfortunate cauldron.
Therefore, I prefer welded over riveted handles. A potholder is more practical for me than the subsequent hemorrhage, sorry.

I was ordered a frying pan as a gift, I want to buy a Rondell with a ceramic coating, someone used the dishes of this company and how it is used.

Tanyusha, I bought myself a Green Pan grill pan with a ceramic coating, in it cabbage schnitzels in my temka are photographed.
Compared to expensive pots from the same company - a little more than 2,000 rubles. seemed inexpensive.
I bought in Porcelain on Myasnitskaya, there are a bunch of frying pans of this company, but I simply did not pay attention to others, I bought a heap to my saucepan-pot

I'm very happy with both

Margit please tell me about Saldovskaya dishes. Is Gourmet Elite as good as Gourmet Pro? I'm thinking about which one to buy. I like Gourmet-Elite and Gourmet-Classic more by design
Thanks in advance for your reply

Moon1055, I also like Gourmet Elite, this latest development.
I gave the saucepan to my daughter and now she is buying this particular series, she really likes it. Here is what they write about it: "The" Gurman-Elite "series is the latest development in 2009. The cookware of this series is comfortable and durable, it differs in a higher-quality mirror polish of the surface, an improved alloy composition, and a new ergonomic design of handles. Elite "is the standard of quality of the enterprise, dishes, which are ahead of well-known European brands in many properties."
And in the pros there are a lot of different dishes, so I stopped at this series. I have already got three saucepans, and now I am waiting for a mantle cooker. Gourmet dishes are called Soviet zepter. Cooking great and very tasty. I'm glad.
I saw a set of dishes Vinser 69030 in the store, at first I really liked it according to the description in the online stores, but with my own eyes .... Aluminum rivets, on the exhibition sample in the store on the lid of the rivet, the rivet fell off and the handle from the pan dangles on one. All that glitters is not gold! Gourmet dishes are still of better quality and much better.
Zlata
Can you please tell me if someone has Berghoff glass lids. And how is it used?
Fadeeva
Zlata, I have a Bergof with glass lids for about 7 years. I was afraid that the lids would break. And they do not fight even if they fall. There, the bezel is metal durable. And it's very convenient to use. Everything that is done in the pan is visible. And just beautiful.

and are they the same in properties? it is about pens, without grease and water, etc.
The annotation says that you can cook in it without water and oil.
True, I have not tried to cook without water and fat at all. The handles on the gas burner do not heat up very much, you can take it without sticking. I tried to cook pilaf in a saucepan (my constant test with new dishes), pilaf turned out better than in a cauldron. Rice is crumbly, it comes to readiness perfectly already without water. Not every dish can cook crumbly rice, but the Gourmet passed this test perfectly!
Aunt Besya
And I have a Berhoff with glass lids, and two types. The complete Tulip set + casserole, ladle and baking tray from the Cast range !! I think they will outlive me too
Zlata
Aunt Basya, can you please tell me if the handles on the pan and lid are warming up?
Zlata
Fadeeva, and from which series do you have saucepans? I liked invico.

Rondell Ceramic Coated Has anyone used the cookware from this company and how it is used.
I use it every day, but the period is 2 months.
Satisfied, but it's too early to judge fully.
Fadeeva
Zlata, I have Berhoff. And I don’t know which series. But the handles are warming up - I take them with tacks.
Zlata
Thank you all for the consultation, as a result we bought invico. Borscht and jellied meat were cooked in a large saucepan, we are very happy. But the handle on the lid still heats up, not very much, you can take it without potholders.

Please tell me if anyone has Berghoff's Scala pans with the new Ferno Ceramic coating, how are they to be used, does it stick, does the food stick when you fry?

I have a frying pan of this company on the outside, red and black speckled on the inside - an excellent pan keeps heat well, washes, does not climb (if nothing is done on purpose).

I bought 2 Ferno Ceramic saucepans, then my parents looked at how I was not happy with them and bought myself.
I have gas, they have an electric stove, we have been using it for more than half a year.
And if I take care of mine and only interfere with a silicone spoon, then my mother rested in the old fashioned way with an ordinary spoon and nothing inside is peeled off (it will be interesting to compare our pans in a year)

The only thing that was warned when buying is that you cannot heat an empty one for a long time, at least a little oil needs to be poured, such as ceramics may not withstand.

Probably, this coating is very strong, because Zest heats the wok in the oven with just such a coating when baking bread.

I have a ceramic Roman saucepan (it's called Romertopf), so no liquid needs to be added to it when cooking, no oil or water.
Zlata
Thank you all very much for your answers, I will order pans. And what diameter saucepan is it better to take?
julifera
Zlata:

In a stewpan 24 cm - not only frying, omelets are perfectly prepared, but the most pleasant thing is that it is convenient to cook porridge and pilaf in 24-ke, confiture is convenient to make, apple tarten is generally gorgeous - and you caramelize and bake in it.

And it fits comfortably in the hand.

And then see for yourself:

I'm 26 cm for cutlets and meat is too small, I took 28 cm, but it is very, very heavy, nothing for gas, but for an electric stove my mother refused to take such a huge one, took 26, after all, the comforts are not gas, too small for such diameter.

PS
When my mother was pregnant, she was trying to call me Zlata, but they didn't give her, they dissuaded
Right now I read your nickname and remembered
kava
I have been using this for about six months - there are no particular complaints. In addition to pancakes, I can’t fry anything on it (I thought I could fry it when I cook it) - it burns. And for pancakes - fine.

Luysia, I also really wanted "our" dishes to be worthy and that is why I chose.
I also had a cauldron.
Aluminum, really.
In principle, normal.

But they didn’t like the teflon and cast-iron dishes.
The joy was only the first months.
Although their prices are pleasant and the assortment is good, I don't risk it anymore.

I wrote above that there was a problem with the Biol frying pan and it was sent to the factory. So, Biol admitted that this was a factory marriage and a new one was being sent. It's a trifle, but nice ...;) And now the most interesting ... explanation of the reasons for the marriage ... In the summer, the equipment was changed and there was a failure in technology, so a batch with a marriage was released. That is, the expectation that not everyone will take care of the return? And the fact that a person after that will not buy anything else from this manufacturer, and even share with others ...? They are strange, these guys ... producers .. .

Have you seen pans with a display in the handle? they display the bottom temperature there and there is a table according to which you can determine at what temperature to fry this or that dish. Can show in Celsius, squeaks when overheated.

Cooking utensils (pots, pans, lids)

RONDELL costs around 2500.

And I, too, was just going to ask about this dishes, only pots, I really liked this set 🔗.
Maybe someone is already using it? I would like to know about the practicality of the application.
I saw this dish in Foxtrot, in my opinion it is in this model, the pots are made with special spouts for steam out and drainage of water when cooking potatoes.
In general, among all these Chinese Auroras and Scarlett, this tableware wins significantly. Well it seems like Germany produces.
marinal
My kuma has had a set of dishes Rondel for more than a year, she says that she was disappointed ... after several washes in the dishwasher, all the pans were stained (stains on the stainless steel are darker in color) although the dishes themselves indicate that they can be washed. Stains are not removed or rubbed off
Rimma71
Here I have what kind of dishes !!! I do not recommend it to anyone! Not even worth watching. This is a Berhof skala series, it seems. So, at the cast iron, the coating began to peel off from the inside, and stick to the pan in two months, so much so that you can't peel it off !! It's a shame, not cheap, and bought in a company store !!!

Probably, it's just that the earlier the dishes are made, the better they are, and now, more and more, they drive outright bullshit, I've heard this about electrical appliances. If earlier, even a Soviet refrigerator, could rattle off 30 years (and this is not the limit), then bought already in the 90s with copers, it will last 10-12 at most. In any case, that's what happened to me. And the current, even expensive, well-known brands, but 95% made in China, God forbid, that they reach up to 10.
And so everywhere, polls. Buying equipment now like kitchen utensils, just a lottery, "Russian roulette" The brand does not yet guarantee quality, unfortunately ...

Rimma71, What kind of coating does your pot have inside - Teflon or ceramic?
julifera
The series Scala - teflon, I peeled off in half a year in a saucepan, and the sellers all in chorus assured that I did it with a metal spoon, like they know better than me than I interfered with in the frying pan
It was a shame that she cooked little and very carefully in it, not that she drove it into the tail and mane and so brutally swelled Teflon with bulbs and began to climb.

Ceramic coating FernoСeramic such miracles as Teflon does not give out.

True, I encountered such a phenomenon in the Berhof store - when a Fernoceramic label was glued to the bottom of an ordinary Teflon Rock and set accordingly at a new price as for a ceramic coating.
If an unenlightened person comes, then he can foolishly buy ...
julifera
Len OK

And the coating is shiny inside, like gloss? smooth-smooth, like polished ice? If yes, then this is a ceramic coating.

"minor minor coating defects" - in what form do they appear?

We have the Kiev branch of the bergof, where I bought my new saucepans, they said that you shouldn't heat an empty Fernoceramic too much, maybe crack it, it's better to pour oil at least a spoon.

Just in case, I only work with silicone tools, my mother does not like silicone, it interferes with plastic, it seems that everything is whole.
Len OK
Yes, a smooth finish with a cute mottled pattern. For a very long time I was choosing between this series and Virgo (but in it the lid seemed too bulky to me). And defets are like small irregularities with a diameter of 0.5 mm. Although I like it in use.
rusja
And here are my new Rondel Flamme series.
Purchased at Epicenter on Okruzhnaya for 425 UAH (2 pcs). If you buy one at a time, then one large pan pulls more than a set - 450 UAH.
These pans attracted me because they have a spout for draining liquid and a lid with two types of holes.

Here is a 5 liter saucepan and large holes on the lid

And 3 liters with little holes

Surely many have a set of dishes (pots with a frying pan and a saucepan) made of stainless steel. I never made friends with the frying pan, everything adheres wildly to it. Today it was necessary to litter one kitchen item instead of the purchased dumplings and a brush (since they are small, there is only one item to throw away, well, I'm greedy). And I almost brought this woeful frying pan to the trash can when the idea came up! unscrew the knobs and use in the oven as a small deep baking sheet. The shape turned out super, double bottom, diameter 26cm. In short, I recommend that if someone has a frying pan idle like mine, give it a second chance.

That is why I immediately recklessly do not throw anything away, I let the little thing lie around for six months, and if I don’t remember it, I proudly carry it to the trash.
And your idea will be welcomed by many.

I wrote to the Club for helping deviceaholics, but there is silence, I repeat here:

I want a WOK frying pan, I have a glass-ceramic work surface, will I get the desired effect from this frying pan on such a stove? If you wrote in the wrong topic, tell me where to go.
Thanks in advance for the advice.
Admin
You need a wok pan on a metal platform with a round pancake, and with a flat surface especially for glass ceramics.
Zepter has such stainless steel woks, you can see on their website how they look.

On glass ceramics, you can put only metal dishes with a flat bottom / bottom and which does not deform, preferably with a thick bottom.

The choice in the store is very large. Take the frying pan in your hands and look at the icons. It says for which plates. I took Melitopol. But there are many others. Do not hesitate to torture the seller.

These scientists "into the garden" How many times have I come across this ... Lies and lies a thing that nobody needs, lovers of "throw something away" begin to walk around it and I give in ... But literally in a day or two it will turn out, that everything, well, how are you without hands without this thing ...
I recently experienced such a thrill when I discovered my grandmother's cast-iron frying pan and an old duck ... But it could have easily "gone" into the scrap ...
I am a great sinner. I've had cookie cutters for so many, many years. I began to do general cleaning in the kitchen, came to the conclusion that I did not need these recesses at all. But a computer appeared in the house, along with it came culinary forums with their sweets, I was hit hard in cooking, and it's too late to bite my elbows.

And how does the ceramic coating of Berghoff pans behave after prolonged use, it seems that Admin has red ones?
Altusya
Good day to all! A very useful and good topic.
I'm new here, I have very few dishes. And the one that was already worn out.
After reading the entire branch, I decided on the pots. But with pans, nothing. I don't want Teflon. I would try with cast iron. I read the reviews here and even looked at the photos. But here's where to buy them ... In the nearest household store there are cast iron, but coated. I don’t want coated. I will scratch all one thing, like Teflon, and when I cook the porridge, I cannot force my husband to use a wooden spatula.
Can someone tell me where you can buy this miracle (yeah, it seems in our time it's already a miracle)))) to buy?
Tashi
Altusya, let me tell you. Look at the stainless steel dishes. She now comes with thick walls and a double, triple bottom, keeps heat perfectly. And yet, since you came to us, I, too, have not been here for a long time, do not collect a lot of dishes. We have so many of these pots here (pressure cookers, steamers, multivars, multi-hoppers, etc., etc.), and you will want to buy all this.
