sazalexter I'm not a big cast iron specialist. I have this .. Series SENIOR (they have cast iron only of this series), 28cm.

Cooking utensils (pots, pans, lids)

Processed, as I wrote, nothing sticks can then start when the enamel peels off ??

Pogremushka , while frying only potatoes. By the way, I bought it just for her, because I fry little at all.

Another 3L pot. I liked this one, but the toad strangled.

sazalexterAre you talking about someone like Omela showed? I just put my eyes on this series.
Omela, so it is enameled not only outside, but also inside? And how much does a three-liter iron pot cost?

girls, I read the whole topic about "Dishes for cooking (pots, pans, lids for them)" on our forum
I'm at a loss - I need to buy a frying pan - and now I DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY which one I need
all harmful-bad
with ceramics, you turned out to be right - I did not finish reading - almost all users had problems in a year

cast iron so it is somehow terribly straightforward it is difficult to constantly process some kind of tung oil, and they are heavy - try to fry pancakes in them - you will get muddled

Teflon - some doubts, cheap is scary, expensive (probably no different), too, to take a toad for 1 year

What do you advise?

Girls, I'm hooked on these dishes 🔗
I bought black frying pans, a stewpan, a wok, a Weller series pan - I liked it. The meat does not burn, you literally need a drop of oil to start frying, the eggs slide onto the plate by themselves. Milk, porridge do not burn, the bottom is clean.
Good coating, metal can be used. spoons, but I don't.

Take a closer look
Tanyusha
I also changed all the dishes for Rondel, I have a Flamme series, I'm happy.

Girls, Admin, Tanyushathanks for the advice

Rondel I have one frying pan, also from the Weller series.
Good, but ... also probably not for long. Year in use and somehow ... well, in general, for some reason I have doubts. Although I am rather happy with this frying pan than unhappy. And I also use a metal spoon - though with caution - only to interfere. No scratches or peeling were noticed ...
In general, they convinced - I'll go, I'll buy a couple more pans of this brand

Tanyusha, but what about stainless pans - the food does not stick? in general, how are they in operation?
Vitalinka
Girls, can I ask you more?
Tanyusha, are your pan not very scratched? And what is better to use, for example a ladle, a potato crush - metal or what?
I already ordered a set like yours, I should receive it this week.

I bought a frying pan and a deep saucepan, all with a lid.

A sea of happiness, flies out, slides off such a coating at a time, is washed in a dishwasher at a time, and it is washed by hand at a time, without effort. And somehow nothing sticks to such a coating and does not burn - until it burns

P.S. In my opinion, it's time to drive us into the frying pan topic ...

Right now, let's crawl away ... and I'm already afraid myself ... ... but if there is a question, then I will answer ... If the moderator considers it reasonable, let him send us along with the photo to the appropriate topic - there will be no offense

InnaI use Rondel for only 4-5 months, I use it to make milk porridge, simple cereals (saucepan), cook meat, vegetables in a wok and a frying pan, fry pancakes - I like it very much! the pan heats up well, no big fire is required, good and even roasting, no spots remain on the bottom, the meat does not bake to the bottom, only a little fat is needed for frying to start frying, it is removed from the pan very well, slides onto a plate. Then you can simply wipe it off with a paper towel. If necessary, pour a little water, let it stand. My frying pan and wok in the dishwasher.

White frying pan - I bought it recently, about a month ago, I really liked such white and elegant dishes inside!
I like to serve in such a frying pan
While I cook light dishes in them, scrambled eggs, omelet, I tried to cook something else (I don't remember what) I bought a stewpan especially for the omelet, narrow and high, the omelet is just good to bake (see the photo above by posts).
Interesting coating in dishes, white plastic ??? I don't even know what, but impressive properties. It is good to cook, it is good to take out the finished product, it is easy to wash, you can even wipe off the leftovers with a napkin. Mine in the dishwasher.
I bought white pans in a regular store, where pans and dishes, in our city they can now be bought in different places. The price is reasonable.

I will not compare, because I use the dishes for different purposes, but I like both dishes - so far I am happy about it

But this is my opinion and my experience of use!

Crook
I suffered for a very long time continuously buying pans from different companies, including Green Pen with its ecological ceramic coating, and Winzer with a resistant non-stick coating, their service life was very short: after a few months of use, everything began to stick to them, burn, etc. And then a frying pan with a titanium coating from the German company Gastroguss caught my eye. The price is about 1000 gr. The cost was scary, but given the New Year's Eve discount of 25% and the lack of a normal frying pan in the kitchen, I bought it. As a result, I did not regret my choice for a minute. The pan is great! And the shape is very comfortable, and the size, the presence of a removable handle and the coating are excellent. Highly recommend.
sazalexter
Crook Yes, sol-gel is not very persistent
Have Rondell judging by the photo, the same ceramics
I bought BERGNER for testing in half a year in the middle it darkened, became not white but gray
For myself, I concluded that it is better to take Teflon at a cheaper price, for example from IKEA and not bother with newfangled coatings

I also love my quantanium Rondell frying pan.

There were rondell ceramic ones - my husband used to swear when he fried on them, the coating deteriorated very quickly. On the Neva-metal fries with the words "cool frying pan". Highly recommend. Personal opinion about the RÖNDELL dishware brand, or don’t hang me on my ears ...

RÖNDELL dishes, as for me, are not of the worst quality in general. This is certainly not Tefal, but the pans will go to waste at about the same time, in a year and a half.

Quotes from the official site 🔗 :
The name Röndell is the history of Europe in the Middle Ages, knightly weapons and skilled craftsmen.
Röndell's professional kitchenware is
high quality german stainless steel

In my opinion, the RÖNDELL dishware brand has absolutely the same relation to the Germans as the memorable BORG, that is, nothing. RÖNDELL will have more impudence in promoting its products. Even the brand story was invented: 🔗 ... Impressive, we have a ride ... Even a photo of the plant was stuck, with the sign RONDELL and the caption "Rondell plant". True, there is an impression that this is a plant of a completely different business, real, German, which makes car wheels and disks, 🔗, which is spelled with the letter "O", and dishware - with the "Ö". So with the photo there everything is honest, though I think it has nothing to do with the dishware factory. This does not happen - there is a huge plant, there is a brand, but no one in Germany knows anything about it.

A very curious document that you should read carefully is located here: 🔗... Read it, it will be a lot of fun in some places. The brand owner is a mysterious BUSINESS ALLIANCE.

The German website of the German dishware brand RÖNDELL seems to exist, 🔗, but the scoops did not even hesitate to cover up the authorship with its competent execution and translation: when switching to any language (Russian, Ukrainian, German and English) below it proudly appears in pure Russian - "Sitemap". And the developer of the site is for some reason Russian CreativePeople, 🔗... Well, yes, they probably just gave money to Slavic IT specialists out of the kindness of their soul. Imagine - in Germany, in Lower Saxony, in the city of Salzgitter, there are factories, steamers are buzzing, smoke is pouring out of the chimneys of the furnaces, the nemchura is riveting pans on the conveyor, and the factory website is made and maintained at Moscow, Bolshoy Kazenny lane, 1.
However, the Germans have nothing to do here, because they don't think they know anything about this dishware brand. From one of the forums:
here one comrade recommended by me Chinese luxstahl, intended for catering, poured slops according to the following method:
- search ebay.de or amazon.de for your German Rondell pans
What? Not found?
Patamushto this is China, which hides behind the beautiful names ...
Current China - China strife ...
Some make frying pans for unpretentious housewives who fry twice a week, others - for catering, which puts these dishes in the tail and mane every day ...

I think this is the invention of pure scoops for scoops, manufacturing, as it should be in China, the sales market is the post-Soviet space. Naturally, there is most likely no high quality German stainless steel, I think so. Prices for such steel produced in Germany are usually off scale.

At one time I looked closely at the pans of this Brand, until I looked in the internet for information about him.
I repeat, RÖNDELL dishes, as for me, are far from the worst quality. But I'd rather overpay for an honest Tefal. I do not like it when they hold me for household plankton.

Everything said above is my personal opinion, which I do not impose on anyone.I will only be glad if someone documents me to dissuade me from this ...

Gustav Schmidt can live quietly for himself. On some German it was necessary to register this rendel in Germany.
But this is just my humble opinion, which I do not impose on anyone. Now I will correct my text, otherwise people will have an opinion about the categorical judgments.

and also bought today a frying pan Biol, made in Ukraine (Melitopol) with a white ceramic coating (very much to me Romina I liked the little white TVS). I bought this one:

Cooking utensils (pots, pans, lids)

I was afraid that there would be no crust on the potatoes, so the first thing I did was to fry the potatoes

and on the website of this Biola I saw a video from the Test Purchase, where Biol and another brand came out on top in terms of the quality of non-stick coating! and I didn’t know that we have such pans

yes, I forgot to say - the price of Biol is very democratic - a 28 cm frying pan - 193 UAH ($ 24) well, now let's look at the durability ..

And I bought a Biolovskaya pancake pan, but not with a ceramic coating.
I really like the fact that its bottom is thick enough. Of course, it's far from cast iron, but ...

I had two Biolovsky pans: a simple one and a pancake one. I liked both, the bottom is thick, nothing stuck.

The pancake is still alive (very good pancakes are obtained on it), and the husband ruined the other frying pan (he fried bacon, heated it up to smoke, and then put it under cold water, the coating immediately swelled).

I want to buy the same one instead, there will be savings on the lid, since they are with and without lids.

metel_007
And I bought "Biolovskaya" without coverage 2 years ago, a large one with high sides. I was disappointed in Teflon coatings. I look at the whole thing and think that if I buy a sovets, then the usual cast iron without coating, as in the old days (my grandmother had this one for more than a dozen years and no problems with the coating, nothing burned).

Here the manufacturers of frying pans think - a person will buy a cast-iron frying pan and that's it - for many years he will not come to the store for this product, and so make a one-day pan with a cool non-stick / ceramic / .... coating that peels off / evaporates / .... and the influx of buyers will increase (well, you won't constantly tear off the stuck food, because it is annoying).

Right!
The main thing is that they (domestic manufacturers) do it with high quality!
After all, it can be so sad, I just can't - I want, for example, to buy a soap dish. I look - there is a Ukrainian and Polish side by side, the price differs by about 2 times. I look - the Polish one is neatly made, no sharp edges, smooth, you won't cut / scratch, and the Ukrainian one - it's scary to look - there is a remnant of untreated plastic, there ... So buy a cuckoo?

Even though I blew away dust particles from it, cherished soaps according to all the rules, and the stove was electric, nothing burned - it didn't splash around, but outside - as if the frying pan hadn't seen water and detergents at all. but this is not what I mean .. but to the fact that this Biol took the first place in adhesion strength of its non-stick coating, even Tefal bypassed .. maybe they came up with a good one with ceramics .. well, it's like a mantra - I bought it yesterday , you must somehow justify the purchase for yourself

As far as cast iron is concerned, there is really a large selection at reasonable prices.

Now it’s not so good. After all, 43 years of operation have an effect. And then, firstly, it was terribly scarce, and secondly, modern. Basically an ordinary aluminum pan. If I remember correctly, the presence of the cover was an innovation and the fact that the handle was plastic and it could be unscrewed / screwed on with one bolt. The bottom is waffle, but this does not affect the products. Maybe it was know-how, they say the food will not burn because of such a pattern, but this is garbage, if it burns, it burns.

Girls, help me, I need a cast-iron frying pan.
I had a cast-iron frying pan of the Dnepropetrovsk company Seaton. It is made of black cast iron. So, two years later, something whitish looks through at the bottom and after washing, that is, it starts to rust from the bottom water. I'm shocked. I was so pleased with this frying pan, glad that I got rid of all these harmful and short-lived Teflon ... I really soaked it once with powder for PMM, but I don't think it radically affected ..
Where can I get a quality cast iron skillet?
I saw only in the Epicenter at a price of almost 100 euros Is normal cast iron cheaper?
