Broccoli and potato casserole

Ingredients

potatoes 5 pieces
broccoli 1 - 2 heads
carrot 1
egg 2
salt
pepper
sour cream 200 ml
onion 1-2 pcs

Cooking method

  • boil vegetables in a double boiler

  • then, three of them on a coarse grater, chop the broccoli with a knife.
  • beat 2 eggs with 1 tbsp. spoon sour cream, add to vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  • Then we put it in forms (in portions), or put it in a multicooker tightly.

  • Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes - watch the baking, everyone's ovens are different.
  • In the multicooker - the usual baking mode.

  • While the casserole is baking, prepare the gravy
  • Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil, add a tablespoon of butter, sour cream there. If it turns out too thick - dilute with water, if on the contrary - liquid - add a little flour.
