Try to assemble several times, read the instructions, watch a video on the Internet how to assemble it, look carefully at the pictures, try to assemble "by eye" If it does not work, you need to make sure that the assembly is correct, and you can make sure by trying all the available methods. Yesterday I assembled a large bowl with a knife - did not spin, disassembled, put it back together - does not spin, put the blender on - it works, put the bowl with a knife again - it works. try to put the blender in and run, there is nothing to collect in the blender.
