Nugira, oh, I won't tell you here, I don't make cupcakes, and in general I rarely make baked goods. I often make dough for dumplings / dumplings / pasties and now also noodles. For this test, there is a wonderful recipe on the forum in 30 seconds. Very quickly in the combine with knives.

There is also a plastic dough knife.
I hope someone else can answer you about the cupcakes.

I also, due to the fact that I rarely make baked goods, I doubted whether it was necessary to mum. Since I often make jellied pies, casseroles, batter in MSM weddings does an excellent job, and yeast dough in 8 cases out of 10 I buy, because I have no time, although I want to completely myself, but for now I buy. That is, I am more with a knife, discs, a blender and, of course, cubes.
Nugira
Thank you, I also make dumplings dough according to this recipe, though in a small chopper, so I liked the msm with a large bowl of t capacity, well, I want cubes) here's another thing with a cake dough, since the old hand mixer is already on its last legs. there is a bread maker for yeast dough.
Girls answer, who kneaded the dough in msm on muffins, did it work?

Natalika_1, Dull the knives exactly. For powdered sugar, it is best to use a coffee grinder.

Konstantin, thank you for responding. I'm still thinking about buying a mill for the combine or taking a coffee grinder separately. The fact is that it is rarely required, but sometimes it is still necessary ... I thought I would manage with a combine ... but apparently not
lira3003
Natalika_1, I would not even have guessed to grind powdered sugar in a combine. I think only a coffee grinder!
Nugira, if not in a hurry, tomorrow I'll try to knead the dough for the muffins. I just always do the norm, there was no need ...
Nugira
Rita, thanks. I will wait.
Do you knead the norm with a knife or a whisk?

Better a coffee grinder.
A Bosch mill costs 3.5-4 thousand, and a coffee grinder for powder-spices can be taken for 1-1.5 thousand, and, by the way, also Bosch

Miranda, on the Vneshremtor website, a universal shredder is 1900 rubles - or is it not that? Well, in any case, if a separate one is cheaper, then I'll take it. Just before that I ground in the "Vitek" blender set)))) but he ordered to live a long time ... he was old ...

Googled - and the truth is there are good ones for 1300 rubles and unknown names even for 700))) Thank you, Miranda, otherwise I’m just fixated that I need to buy more for the combine

Full whisk, from a Bosch hand blender.

Natalika_1,

this is how it should be

either I confused, or fell in price

but the coffee grinder is still cheaper and more mobile
the most expensive for spices / sugar is definitely not needed

Miranda, yes, yes - he is))) yes, I use it once every five years - I'll buy the cheapest one and that's it))) I won't even bother

I kneaded the dough for curd cakes according to the scarecrow recipe. She took all the products back to normal, put in the bowl first dry, then liquid products. With a whisk, everything was mixed, but in the process I had to mix it with a spatula from the edge of the bowl. Now I don’t know what I’ll use next time? A whisk from a blender or food processor.
Nugira
Thank you very much, Rita, so he can do that too)

If it's still relevant, today I made cupcakes, kneaded with a plastic dough attachment. Fast and good.
Beat the eggs separately and pour into the rest of the ingredients. I have MSM 64085.
I usually knead the muffin dough in the MUM 8 using the shortcrust pastry attachment. Even faster than it did.

made cupcakes today

Can you please share the cake recipe you made in the food processor?
I've made cupcakes a couple of times in my entire life, no experience with cupcakes.
an_domini
This time there were unsweetened cheesecakes from Tanyulya (available on the site):
150 g grated cheese, 2 eggs, 160 g flour, 100 g butter, 1 tsp. baking powder, salt, 1.5 tsp. Sahara.
You can take any cupcake recipes from the site, it doesn't matter.
Miranda
an_domini, Thank you!
jennyfart
Hello girls!
Thank you for the information you share. I re-read several topics on harvesters, I stopped at the MSM 6 series harvester, thanks to you.

I still have one question, I will be grateful if you can help me solve it.
I can't find the 68885 harvester on sale, but I want it to be 1250, plus metalized and not plastic and a nozzle with cubes, of course, I really want it.
There is an opportunity to find an MCM68840 on sale with us, it is with a citrus press, and you can buy a cube attachment, a knife for it and a grate at the Bosch service center.

Now the most important thing: will the dice cutter fit the MCM68840? Maybe somewhere this has already been mentioned, but I'm already a little confused, and buying such a set of cube attachments costs about 60 euros. Or is it still better to buy with cubes, but a plastic white case and not worry about whether a cube cutter is suitable?

PS In the local Bosch service center, they said that the dice attachment will only fit the 64085 model, but not the 68840 model. Is this company policy? or doesn't it really fit?

Thanks everyone.
Miranda
jennyfart,
Why 1250?
I assure you, you will not notice the difference between 1250 and 1200! Because 95% of the actions you will do at 1 or 2 speeds, that is, at 750 + - or 850 + -.

I would rather understand the wishes for the appearance than the need for a difference of 50 watts.

I was in the shopping center today, bought a different cat for a cat, and went to the Media Market to see the Kenwoods and the rest. Philips is so small, it turns out Compared to Bosch. Well, there is also a smaller bowl. I also saw with my own eyes almost the entire MCM6 line and several Mooms.

Indeed, this is not just a gray color, but such a metallic to the touch. It seems to be not quite metal, but under it.

Functionally, it is like a cover on a smartphone - it can be plastic, it can be silicone, it can be rag, or it can be metal. This does not affect the operation of the smartphone, only tactile and morally pleasant.

That is, I continue to believe that this is not a difference, but now I can understand the desire "gray under the metal" versus "white glossy plastic" Under the metal it is really more pleasant both to the eye and to the touch, although after 2-3 months it will cease to be noticed ...

The physical dimensions are one to one for the entire sixth series.
Bowls from one conveyor, and other attachments.

***
At the expense of cubes.
When I was choosing I met reviews on different sites, and what are they selling and just review sites, what cubes, they say, even if add. do not buy on others in the series. And then one girl also wrote for sure, but I don't remember which topic of the two.

I just don't know if this is true or a design feature.

Actually, knives, a whisk, a plastic circle on which the discs are put on - for one stick, and a stick for the motor. And a circle with cubes is installed on another stick (by the way, if you buy a rub from mcm5 ... then it is also on a stick from cubes). The sticks have different grip with the motor (at the bottom of the stick). And the sticks themselves are very different.

Look

Food processor Bosch MCM6 (MultiTalent series)

You see three sticks.
On the one in the middle there is still a circle with the symbol of cubes (the symbol cannot be seen, but the circle is visible). And it is clear that her bottom is different, with such a ribbed skirt. Because of this, you first need a stick on the motor, then the bowl. And with this ribbed skirt it mates with the motor.

And the other two sticks are thin for the whisk and discs, and when the knife is thin on top, thick. And this stick can be put on the motor, and on top of the bowl, or first click the bowl, and then the stick - it passes, because it is narrow. The clutch with the motor is inside it (the ribs are like that).

The dice stick engages the motor like this - (.) - that is, the grip around the stick. And the stick for the rest - on the contrary, it has ribs inside, it sits on the grip. That is, a narrow stick is pushed onto a pin (if I may say so), and a dice stick is inserted into the grooves.

I don't know if I tried to explain it clearly?
Maybe because of this?
Maybe motors of other models do not have these extras. clutches, even if you buy such a stick? Try to ask the service center just like that. Eh, I didn't think to consider this moment today.

If they confirm, then it turns out, if cubes are needed, then either 64085 or 68885.
Miranda
I thought - and I myself would understand my explanation
And I went to photograph these sticks.

Left - for cubes, it has a grip along the outer contour.
On the right - for the rest of the attachments, it has a grip along the inner contour.

Food processor Bosch MCM6 (MultiTalent series)

Here you need to find out if the motors of other models of the sixth series have a clutch for a stick with cubes. If there is a stick, then the cubes will do, the cups are the same. If there is no such thing, and the design is different, then the cubes will not work.

PS if there is no such adhesion, then wiping as an extra. The attachment will not work as it is on a dice stick.
jennyfart
Miranda, thanks for such a detailed explanation.
It is not clear why there is no MSM 68885 model on the French market.

online stores have:
MCM64085 with dice but plastic case
MCM68861 in metal. body, but instead of cubes, citrus press
MCM64051 in plastic and without cubes with citrus.
MCM68840 in metal. and without cubes with citrus.

MSM 68885 found only one questionable store about which not the best reviews. It seems that Bosch made the 68885 model purely for the CIS market, where Olivier and vinaigrette or maybe simply discontinued.

About 50 watts, I completely agree with you, but I want a metal case. So that the same, but with mother-of-pearl buttons))
although, maybe, of course, take a plastic one and not toil.

Yesterday my husband and I traveled to 6 stores, which are large electronics supermarkets, NONE of them have ANY Bosch MSM model. Kenwood is everywhere, kitchenade and magimix. Boshi saw a couple of mum and that's it.
This is such an oddity, I read for a long time, chose a harvester, in the end I chose what is problematic to find

It is strange that it is impossible to put all the attachments on one combine by purchasing.
Thanks again and have a nice evening!
jennyfart
Miranda, which model do you have? Do I understand correctly that you have both axle variations for attachments? and both sit in your car normally? If it does not bother you, please write, what is your model, I suppose 68885, like most? and what accessories did you buy if you bought it.
Thank you, I will be grateful for your answer.
Miranda
jennyfart,

There was another model with cubes in the sixth series - Bosch kubixx MCM64080 (in total, the number differs from 64085)

Very strange, in the sense that it was sold only in a single store (link under the spoiler). On the Bosch website (Russian version) was, but soon disappeared. And then she was gone in that store. Just one memory. Ghost model

🔗

She had cubes, two discs and a press citrus. But there was no whisk, dough knife and blender. Due to this configuration, it cost 5-6 thousand at the end of summer, while her brother (the same white case, the same power of 1200W) MCM64085 was already sold for 11 thousand + - 1 thousand rubles.

The layout of motors and attachments at Bosch, along the way, is a favorite game.

This is just my guess.
I don’t understand how it doesn’t fit, so I assumed that the stick wouldn’t get up. Because the circle with a grate and a knife will definitely fit, the bowls are the same. I just can't think of any other reason.

I also think, maybe the last two numbers in the article indicate cubes?
64085 and 68885?
And the first three indicate the type of motor - white / 1200w 64085 and 64051 vs gray / 1250w 68885 and 68840

Also such an assumption
There must be some sense in such numbers.

***
Good luck with your choice!

I touched the metal one today - yes, it's nicer.
But, all the same, I think this is just an external part that does not affect the operation of the motor. There the motor is safely hidden and protected from the outside world.

I got under the stick, where the clutch with the engine once twisted the sausage emulsion (it was not necessary to twist it for so long, and pour the milk at such a high speed), I thought, well, everyone, we arrived. Cleaned with cotton swabs, a toothpick. But while I was cleaning, I realized that nothing could get into the motor itself, there was no crack there. That is, just the place where the stick to insert is dirty and that's it.

It is correct. Because there it can inflate flour, drop something into the lung. And so protection from "fools" is there at every step. It will not turn on if it has been installed incorrectly, it will not stain the engine of careless hostesses, etc.
That is, metal is prettier and more pleasant, but not a functional feature.
MCM64085 is a decent dude.

Miranda
jennyfart,

I have MCM64085. He has cubes included.

It's just that MSM68885, which I planned, has risen in price. I grieved in the family circle, outlining the alignment with the models, and a couple of days later my family gave me an MCM64085.

I bought only a medium grater. She is a must have for any model.
In the course of conversations here, I realized that disc-julienne is not needed, the middle one rubs excellent carrot stripes.

I haven't bought anything else yet.
I'm going to take a rub, and wondering if I need a disc for potato pancakes.

And those who have MSM68885 still often buy a disc for fries, but I had it in the kit. Good.

If you click on the word "quote", then you will be taken to the discussion on the attachments in the next thread.

Quote: Miranda
Here are all the codes for our combines

for potato pancakes - MUZ45RS1
disc-free - MUZ45PS1
disc julienne - MUZ45AG1
medium grater / shredder disc - MUZ45KP1

That is, for our disks you need to look for when it starts on MUZ45 ...
But other editions are also suitable, you need to look at the connection design (center of the disc)

A chopper is also suitable for us (such in MCM64060 and MCM68861) - 750858

And a rub for mashed potatoes or berries, like MCM 5529, it is put on a stick for cubes and consists of two parts: a) a press blade for making puree - 00641688 c) a filter sieve for rubbing berries, tomatoes, boiled vegetables - 00642151

But actually I want a Kenwood with induction.
I have long wanted, but did not dare, I decided to train on Boch.

But I fell in love with Bosch, and if / when I do get Kenwood, then Bosch will not sell, but will either be traveling (I live in several cities), or I have a queue for him from my mother and brother's wife
jennyfart
Miranda, thank you very much for the information, very extensive.

Congratulations on your choice !!! such a relief when the choice has already been made)))
mifril
Many thanks to all who answered !!! Purchased msm 64085 !!! We have been using it continuously for two days! 110% satisfied)))) The only thing missing is a medium grater and a citrus juicer (((Tell me what is the "number" of the juicer?
jennyfart
Girls, hello everyone. Today I received my MCM 64085 machine, for joy I forgot all the recipes prepared during the waiting time, but in the refrigerator I found beef with pork from which I safely cooked cutlets for dinner, for the first time in a year and a half))

I tried the nozzle with cubes - a wonderful thing.
The white harvester, by the way, is very beautiful, I really wanted a metallized one, but here this model is generally not on sale. The white plastic is covered with a transparent layer of glass-like plastic on top, which makes this white plastic not as simple and cheap as I expected (made in Slovenia, by the way).

I want to share with you a recipe for Tabouleh salad, which is very popular in France and which can be prepared using the existing dice attachment (although I used smaller handles). It is low in calories and delicious. When I tried it for the first time on a visit, I did not like it at all, but then, having tasted it, I eat and cook with pleasure. So:

First, let's prepare the dressing.

squeeze the juice of 2 lemons,
add 17 tablespoons olive oil
salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of hot pepper sauce.

mix, add a glass of couscous (not boiled, dry !!!), send to the refrigerator

Grind into cubes:

2 large sweet peppers (red and yellow can be used)
2 onions
2 cucumbers (remove and skip the middle)
3 tomatoes without walls (walls, juice and seeds do not use)
a bouquet of mint
a bouquet of parsley

Mix with dressing from the refrigerator, send to the refrigerator to stand. The next day tastes best.
Miracle salad, perfect for a picnic, goes well as an independent dish. It takes a little getting used to the taste to appreciate.
Bon appetit to everyone and thanks for the information.
Miranda
jennyfart, Congratulations!

I hadn't thought of describing white that way before. White and white, I used to think about gray as just plastic of a different color.

May it please you further
Thanks for the recipe.
Miranda
mifrilOh, and congratulations!

The Bosch website has two juicers for our series, I don't know what the difference is. Never planned a citrus press, never studied.
jennyfart
Miranda, thank you. My kitchen is just as white and shining, and there is even a layer of such transparent plastic, so the white body fits perfectly! Tellingly, in France on the official website the 64085 is the most expensive model presented.

Girls, can you please tell me, can we chop ice into cocktails or grind almonds into flour in our cars? I suspect not.
Although when I looked at reviews of similar harvesters from brown, they thrashed ice and nuts with might and main. I want to try macarons to make it so yummy.
Natalika_1
I threw ice along with the fruit, but not large pieces - it was normal. Sesame was ground into halva and tkhina, sunflower seeds were ground too. I have not tried the nuts yet.

If you try, let me know.
jennyfart
Girls, and how to cut cabbage for sourdough in a combine? Tell me please. Thank you
Miranda
jennyfart,

The ice was chopped, as an experiment, but I have a good hand blender, it's more convenient for me. Nuts, too, did not prick. I don't use a blender very actively, I don't know how, I guess.

I shred cabbage in different ways.
A medium disc, which I bought separately, or a fine shredder, that is, a disc from the kit. Depends on the goals where the cabbage is.

And so on actions.
Put a narrow stick (it can be a large one, press the nameplate and it will jump out), put and snap the bowl, put the white circle on the stick, on the disc circle, close the lid. Well, that's it, pieces of cabbage into the hole, and a pusher.

I do it at first speed.
jennyfart
I tried to cut the cabbage into a disc with a slot - the beauty is thin cabbage, beautiful
jennyfart
Miranda, thanks, it turned out with cabbage - happy as an elephant hurray.
And today I used a blender to dispose of cranberries, which I had to knead with a spoon in a cup of sugar and then drink tea with it
I ground it in a blender with sugar, put it in the refrigerator, what was left on the walls - I added water from the bottle, it turned out two glasses of fruit drink. Whisper. She left to ferment cabbage.
Miranda
jennyfart, oh, I didn't think to say that a disc with a slot

By the way, someone washes the blender, pouring detergent into it and starting the program, but I like to shoot the bottom.
jennyfart
I just washed it under running water after the fruit drink. The cabbage turned out wonderful, some of the pieces are in the form of petals, I wanted to get it out and throw it away, and then I decided to let them ferment, then during the preparation of the salad, you choose them and grind on the spot. I realized that a medium grater would not hurt, when it came to small carrots, I did not begin to grate, I imagined a totally orange cabbage and grated a large one. A bit big in my opinion, but quite acceptable.
Natalika_1
while I experimented with graters and shredders - I froze the carrots and chopped cabbage))) I am glad to the combine !!! But the children have already tasted the yummy berry and yogurt - they ask every day. Today I bought honeysuckle and blueberries on the market, set yogurt to ferment again - 2 liters - now I'll go use a blender)))

Miranda - fix underutilization of the blender)))
jennyfart
girls, and one more question is ripe, maybe someone will advise.
my mother used to make adzhika, very tasty, we twisted it on an ordinary mechanical meat grinder. And with the current harvester, which attachment would you recommend to use for adjika? grind with a utility knife in a bowl? or still grate on some of the graters? bell peppers, hot peppers, tomatoes, garlic, etc.?
thanks in advance
Miranda
jennyfart, a medium grater for carrots - that's it!

I would experiment
that is, part with a knife, part with a grater and would look which is better
jennyfart
well, yes, I think so) but she's not there! and here is a fine grater on the other side of the disc, I have not tried it, but I think that it is so fine that it is quite suitable for potato pancakes, isn't it?
jennyfart
--
jennyfart
p. from. I bought almond powder, tomorrow I will make macarons in the combine. and after evaluating the consistency of the purchased one, I will try to make a similar almond powder in a food processor.
Miranda
jennyfart, I do not make potato pancakes
I don't even know what the result should be

good luck with your experiments!

But I think that I can't get the powder at all, it's not a mill
jennyfart
experimental adjika in a bowl with a utility knife turned out great, if someone does not know and will try.
Miranda
jennyfart, Thank you!

Along the way, you liked the harvester
