First of all, I want to warn you: although the structure for squeezing out the rag is made of rather durable plastic, you should not forcefully push the rag into it and press with all your might.
How do I act: after rinsing the rag in a bucket (the washing surface of the mop is folded, the rag sags under the weight of the water), I lower the rag halfway into the spinning structure (folded in two, the working surface of the mop does not touch the spinning structure) and slowly turn mop around its axis. The hanging rag will twist slightly in a spiral. Then I twist it a little more, but very carefully! And only then I lower the mop itself to the end of the structure for wringing, with effort, but carefully, since the structure is plastic. We need to adjust a little.
I will not say that it is squeezed dry, but with wet cleaning, some water remains on the floor, so the rag slowly becomes drier. And after a couple of meters of wiping, a slightly wet trail remains behind it, which does not disintegrate into water droplets.
I realize that the word "careful" occurs too often in my explanation. But we, Slavic women, are often not strong in physique and can "gallop" "dismount" into two parts and a solid metal handle from a mop-vacuum cleaner, not like a small plastic thing.

This is my sixth mop and, so far, the best! Before that there were - grandmother's stick with a crossbar, a sponge with a squeeze, a rope, Belokotovskaya and a platform with clamps, on which you can tightly attach any rag.
