Then she quickly stewed potatoes with chicken, also delicious) Yesterday I baked a casserole - yummy. Today I began to cook soup for a child. No frying. I put everything together, small pieces of meat and vegetables, poured warm water just below the maximum mark, turned on the "soup" mode for 1.5 hours. After 15 minutes, the soup escaped through the valve ... I wiped everything, turned on the "Soup" again for 1 hour, there were no more attempts to escape. An hour later, the soup was clearly undercooked, I put another half hour on "Stewing". Cooked. It seems like a normal soup, but somehow I expected more boiling or richness from it ...
The question for connoisseurs is why the soup ran away and what to do? Is it about the foam that needs to be removed like in the pan, or is there a lot of water? Or the meat must be cooked separately, although the question is why then a slow cooker? What programs do you use for soups? Especially without frying ... I would be glad to advice)
