Horseradish in the Profi Cook Multi-blender

Ingredients

Tomatoes 800 gr.
Horseradish, peeled 100 g
Red bell pepper 1 small
Garlic 3 cloves
Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) handful
Salt 1 tbsp. l. without slide
Sugar 1 tsp
Vinegar essence 1.5 tsp
Black or white hammer. pepper pinch

Cooking method

  • Chop horseradish into small cubes. Chop tomatoes, bell peppers and herbs at random.
  • Horseradish in the Profi Cook Multi-blender
  • Put the horseradish and half the tomatoes in a blender. Break with Pulse or at first speed.

  • Add remaining ingredients:

But if you put in the amount of salt, vinegar and sugar that I indicated, it will turn out very tasty! Transfer the finished Horseradish to a jar and put in the refrigerator. It is kept quiet for three months. Longer - I don’t know, it didn’t stay!
