Hawaiian buns (bread maker)

Ingredients

warm water 1.5 cups
egg 1 PC.
salt 1h l.
vanilla extract 1h l.
lemon extract 1h l.
syrup 1 tbsp. l.
honey 1 tbsp. l.
sugar 5 tbsp. l.
milk powder 2 tbsp. l.
butter 2 tbsp. l.
wheat flour 4.5 cups
dry yeast 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Load all ingredients into the bowl of your bread maker, according to the instructions. Switch on the "dough" mode, the main one.
  • When the program is completed (I have 2 hours, 20 minutes), put the dough on the table, divide into parts. Each piece is about 100 grams. Form rolls from each part and leave in proofing, covered with foil, for 40 minutes.
  • During this time, preheat the oven to 240C.
  • Grease the rolls with a mixture of yolk and water. Bake for the first 10 minutes with steam. Then remove the steam, lower the temperature to 200C, and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Cool the finished rolls.

lope to hang in grams?
Now I ran and checked, it turned out flour 120g in a measuring cup of 250 ml. Although everyone writes 150g
Ol, here is a calculator, it may come in handy 🔗

And how to replace molasses or you can not add it

Vitalinka, no, don't add. In general, buns are good for creativity. Instead of extracts, I added vanilla and limonneck, and a little mint syrup.
